Carol’s apartment was exceptionally clean and well-appointed, far exceeding my expectations. The location was ideal, providing a convenient spot to explore the surrounding area. The apartment offered stunning views and all the necessary amenities, including private parking. Carol was an exceptional host, always very communicative and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Don’t hesitate to book this location; you won’t regret it. It’s in a great neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and explore. The building itself was super clean, and the staff’s friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. We definitely will be returning.

The apartment is very pretty and has a beautiful decor and an amazing view. The bed was super comfortable and I liked the fact that it has two floors. Yari was super responsive throughout my stay. The pool area is also very pretty however the gym was not so nice (some of the equipment did not work properly which was a pity). As this is not the hosts responsibility we still rated the place with 5 stars. Thank you!

large beautiful apartment in good location

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!

It’s in a great location, secure building with friendly staff. Balcony view was amazing , Host was always on point and very responsive when I needed something. The area is walkable and you will find a lot to do. Not far from amazing restaurants, la zona colonial, Boca chica, 30 mins away from the airport. I highly recommend this place!

The private property with two very comfortable rooms was perfect for my stay. The location is excellent, as it is right across from UASD University, and there is a La Sirena supermarket nearby, which made everything very convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

Master bathroom little small, living room couch uncomfortable. Crib a picture out of IKEA catalogue 😆. Condo was cool if you got problems parking in small spaces you better get over it before you rent the spot.🤦🏾‍♂️ watching my girl back up

Great place to stay. Very clean, organized home converted into a boutique hotel/airbnb. Easy instructions. Nice area of santo domingo. I would absolutely stay here again, strongly recommended.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We had a few quirks with appliances after checking in but all of those concerns were addressed promptly the following morning. One of our guests left a sweater and their team was nice enough to coordinate with them to ship it back to New York. Amazing hospitality!!

A short 2 days felt like home… can’t wait to go back again…

A VERY convenient location, only steps from morning coffee, great restaurants and even famous historical sites. 4-6 minute walk to water views, and somehow all in a quiet, restive place. This is the perfect place to rent in Santo Domingo.
