I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great locationin the historic centre. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. Everything I needed was available, and I felt right at home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The historic centre of Giovinazzo is amazing and the history of the palazzo is truely amazing. Our host was very knowledgeable we would stay hear again.

Amikor a stílus, a kényelem, a szépség és a tökéletes vendéglátás találkozik. Mi ezt éreztük Annalisa lakásában, ahol egyszerre érződik a város lüktetése, és a kikapcsolódás lehetősége. Minden napszakban más és más élményt nyújt, a hajnali fényektől, a halászhajók érkezéséig, a harangszótól a környékből felszűrődő vibráló élettel teli hangokig. Egy percre sétára van a homokos strand és a szikrázó kék tenger, ahol így október elején inkább a helyiekkel találkoztunk. A lakás kényelmes és otthonos, de konyha nincs benne, viszont a környéken több étterem és kávézó is van, csak a szieszta időt kell tiszteletben tartani. :-) A lépcsőház keskeny és magas lépcsők vezetnek fel a lakásig, amit érdemes figyelembe venni, valamint a zuhany nagyon szűk helyen van, ami okozhat nehézséget. Mindezekkel együtt, egy gyönyörű, autentikus és egyedülálló ingatlan, ami nem mindennapi élményt nyújt. Bármikor visszamennénk!

Logement mieux en vrai que sur photos, très bien agencé, très beau et surtout très propre, conforme au descriptif de l’annonce. De jolies attentions nous attendaient (bouteilles d’eau, jus de fruits et petits gâteaux). Idéalement situé, très proche des petits commerces et des restaurants. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Vincenzo and Emanuela’s place is so beautiful! The furnishings, decorations and of course the view! Great for exploring Molfetta! I particularly appreciated their responsiveness to questions - they clearly enjoy hosting and it was a pleasure to stay in their place :)

I had just arrived to Giovinazzo to stay with family that was also coming from out of town I found out once I had arrived that there flight was delayed and very last minute tried to book an airbnb Mario responded immediately and was very helpful when I could not find the place at first and met me in a different location and walked me to the place. He could not be any nicer at the home was gorgeous and absolutely worth what I paid
