Holiday rentals with a pool in Gauteng

The property was simply amazing. The rooms were big each with lovely ensuite bathrooms. It has a well appointed kitchen and a large dining room table that would sit 10 people very comfortably. An added bonus is the dining room table converts to a pool table. The area is extremely quiet away from the hussle and bustle of Johannesburg and superbly situated to get to the various golf courses we were playing as well as some great restaurants. It has all the facilities for entertaining outside including a swimming pool which would be amazing in the summer months, as well as a large garden. The house is kept spotless by housekeeping who came in every day (except Sunday) to clean and make up the rooms. Finally, I cannot say enough about our host Charmaine. Very friendly and responsive throughout the whole process. Thank you Charmaine, you were brilliant and we all thank you for letting us feel so at home!

This was our second stay at Maddy's place. Beautiful home, large bedrooms enough to accommodate my large family. Very clean. Great communication throughout and they accommodated our awkward check out time due to our flights out. Highly recommend!

Location couldn't be better — beautiful, quiet, safe neighbourhood. We were able to enjoy morning and evening walks. The home was perfect for a quiet, relaxing time. Beds and linens were spotless and pressed and the home was sparkling clean. It looked exactly as the photos portrayed. We enjoyed making breakfast in the kitchen and having afternoon tea in such a serene environment. The beds were super comfortable. Showers had very hot water and great water pressure. The best part was the property manager, Veronica. She was very responsive, helpful and kind. One of the bedroom heaters ran out of gas, and she was over in a flash to replace it. Same for the kitchen gas cylinder. She had the gas company install a new cylinder in no time. This woman is gold! I highly recommend this home and would definitely book it again. This place is faultless and Vernoica rocks!

It was a pleasure staying at Charmaine’s. The house is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable - a real home away from home. The garden was also a welcome distraction for the kids. I would stay there again with pleasure. Thank you for everything Charmaine and Stefan we were so grateful for the house during a difficult few days. We felt safe and comfortable.

The place looked exactly like the pictures,absolutely beautiful and spotless. The security guards were friendly, and we had no issues entering or exiting throughout our stay. I booked it for four nights, and every moment was just as lovely as expected. Highly recommended!

Louise was communicative and helpful. The apartment is well maintained and within walking distance to the Dainfern Mall. Stunning kitchen! Only small incident for me was that the gate to the complex is within the shopping center bounds, so an additional ticket was required to enter - no cost but it took a while before I found the exact entrance from Ways directions. Very tight security which is a welcome in JHB and Louise even provided helpful information should Uber or take-aways be used. Thanks for a great stay.

Another great stay with Jennifer and Jason, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. What sets them apart is reliability. The backup power actually works during load shedding, Wi-Fi never fails, and the apartment is consistently spotless. Jennifer and Jason respond to messages promptly, and they go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. At this point, I don’t even look at other options in Sandton. From the moment we arrived, Louise was available to check us in and explain about the accommodation. She was very responsive to messages, and the studio was well stocked for self catering and for a comfortable stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend Louise’s place for anyone looking to stay in Joburg.
