We had a fantastic week The house is nice and well equipped The pool is so nice, big and clean We can strongly recommend this house to others.

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic whirlpool (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard panorama, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move there.

Such an amazing place! We loved our stay there and definitely want to come back! The outdoor area is great, the views amazing and the house very clean, beautiful and we had such a nice time

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

We and my parents had a wonderful vacation in the accommodation "Menta" and "Basalico". The contact with Adriana was very straightforward and friendly. A perfect hostess :) The bungalows are super modern and equipped with everything you need. A highlight was of course the pool. The children loved it. In addition, there is a slightly larger pool in the complex, which can be used by all guests. In addition, the accommodation is perfect for trips to the beach, for example in Fano, which despite the Pentecost holidays was not heavily visited and the surrounding cities are suitable. On the note in a previous review, we also visited the Ristorante "La Greppia". Super delicious and beautiful. One more note on the journey: It is basically very good to reach with any car. Be careful only in the last meters of the approach, as there is the possibility of setting something up with lower cars. We really had a wonderful time!

Perfect place to rest after a busy day on the racetrack! Calm, peaceful and adorable host! Must recommend!

Very nice and spacious house, with all the comforts. Everything was also neatly clean. The pool and AC are a breath of fresh air in the heat. Pool was also kept neatly. Nice decor by the pool with seats and sunbeds available. You indeed hear the nearby road, but we did not find that disturbing. Communication with the host was great. They gave fun and good tips for outings and amenities and even helped with an inflamed mosquito bite. There is much to do in the area, but not super touristy. And the dogs Susie and Mila are really sweet. The goats, chickens, and goose fit all the way into the rural area. Thanks so much for hosting us!

The house was nothing short of fantastic! Everything in the house is designed with precision and attention to detail, 1 minute's walk from the center of Cattolica with all amenities and restaurants/beaches. Stefano is a fantastic host, super helpful and welcomed us in the best possible way! We will definitely return to Cattolica and stay here! Thank you for having us!

Not only does Giovanna's accommodation satisfy for its excellent and particular location (right under a Romanesque bridge, a stone's throw from the square, restaurants and the river), but the welcome is something unique. No one in an Airbnb had ever made us find a homemade cake for breakfast (and with what skill from Giovanna's mother) and had taken so much to heart the well-being of our dog as well as ours. Mercatello sul Metauro is a small gem and this house completes the picture. We will definitely be back!

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Remini. Grazia's apartment was very clean and modern. Communication was very easy and fast. The location could not be better - beautiful and quiet but so close to grocery/market and local attractions. Beautiful evenings could be spent at the quiet outdoor patio restaurant across the cobble street overlooking the bridge. Thank you Grazia!

We felt very comfortable in Giovanni's villa. Giovanni is a fantastic host – always friendly, communicative and easy to reach. He personally guided us around on arrival and was at our side with helpful information. The villa is located on a spacious plot with several beautiful terraces. The private terrace in particular impresses with a magnificent view over the valley, the olive trees and the castle. The furnishings leave little to be desired: a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils as well as homemade oil, vinegar and herbs from the garden. Fresh water is also available. Sleeping and seating furniture are comfortable and the accommodation was clean. Giovanni and his family live next door, always present, but discreet. He gave us valuable tips for excursions, restaurants and the surrounding area. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to take beautiful day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Riccione and to quieter places. Thank you!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

A group of 6 of us stayed at Kevins wonderful place in Rimini for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. From the outside the house looks decievingly small, but you then enter and are greeted by lots of living space, 2 huge bedrooms with ensuites a upstairs, a great loft room with it's own bathroom and a big double bedroom in the outhouse which is through an amazing little private garden that has a cool banana tree in the middle. The location was fantastic, right by the historic town centre and about a 20 minute walk from the beach (or 6 minutes by Bike or Scooter via a lovely path). Kevin was extremely quick to respond to messages and gave us clear instructions before arrival and for checkout. Overall it was a great stay, and everyone very much enjoyed it! ps. you also have a garage for a car. we managed to fit a Nissan Qashqai 4x4, but would be easier with a smaller car.

Very nice house in a good location near Senigallia. We felt very comfortable in the quiet surroundings and were able to enjoy the great view of the Marche hills. Ivana is a very accommodating host

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

Apart from the fact that it is not very convenient without Wi-Fi, everything else is good, it is a five-minute walk to the exhibition hall, which is perfect for people attending the exhibition.

This is a very clean and comfortable flat in the centre of Forli, just steps away from Corso della Repubblica. It's a 25 minutes' walk or a very short taxi ride from the train station. The communication with Gian Luca was smooth quick, I felt well looked after. The flat is very well kept, there are amenities as well as special details on the part of the hosts that made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The area in front of the flat is well lit at night, which made me feel safe, as well as there being cameras on the outside and the owner living nearby. The bed was comfortable. There was hardly any traffic in the street, however there were occasionally loud passers-by at night who disturbed me as I'm a light sleeper, but no major noises.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Giovanna's house is very suitable if you want to discover the area of Rimini - but not live directly on the beach. You can quickly reach the highway, but you still live in a relatively quiet place. There is a nice village center with cafe and ice cream parlor - and in the neighboring town of Cattolica about 5 minutes away great supermarkets. The house has obviously been completely renovated only recently - and therefore very modern and stylishly furnished. Everything you need is available - so you don't have to bring the entire household with you. The contact with Giovanna was direct, friendly and smooth, you get clear and descriptive instructions in advance, everything is as described. After a few days, we left with the feeling that we had made the right decision. If the opportunity arises we will be very happy to come again.

Clean tidy and peaceful studio, well-equipped and close to the centre of Ravenna. Lots of suggestions and information available.

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone
