Donna was a superb host. We quickly learned to trust her restaurant recommendations, and in addition to her apartment being scrupulously clean and cozy, she provided extras like coffee and a fridge filled with sparkling mandarin orange water, so we felt genuinely welcome and cared for. We would rent from Donna again in a heartbeat.

Great place in a good location, walking distance to several nice restaurants and bars. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of parking. Hosts were attentive and quick to respond to queries. The carpet upstairs is a bit old but the rest was clean and well-furnished.

The place perfectly met our needs and our young child loved the playground at the end of the block. Host was very communicative. Would stay again.

Terrific location and nice setup in the house. A separate living room space in the home was bright and easy to close off for some extra quiet for remote work. Good espresso maker. Restaurants in walking distance. And groceries a short drive away. Great access to westboro beach and riverfront trails. Brenda was very responsive and communicative. We enjoyed our stay!

We were a large group of ladies looking for a quiet place not too far from Ottawa, Gaye and Ed’s place was perfect. We stayed two comfortable nights. Beautiful house with stunning view of the river, lots of spacious rooms. Gaye and Ed were great hosts very welcoming, thank you. We will certainly come back.

This was a very clean and excellent full home. All 5 bedrooms had large beds which was important to us. Kitchen was clean and functional and worked very well for us. Also had a couple of rooms we could use to sit and chat with each other. I highly recommend this place.

This was the perfect addition to my wedding weekend! Julie made it extra special with a welcome sign and bottle of champagne to great my guests and I! The place is absolutely stunning, so warm, cozy and just what we needed for a wedding stay with the bridal party. It surpassed my expectations and Julie and her partner were wonderful - we even had a tour and learned some history on the place. Can’t wait to come back !

When we had an issue with the pool lights in the evening, Scott promptly came over to assist, which we greatly appreciated. His communication and dedication made our experience truly enjoyable. An Absolutely Amazing Stay with Superb Hosts! Our recent stay at this Lake Front Chalet, was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we booked, the hosts were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and proactive, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Reading the reviews beforehand definitely helped us envision and prepare for the property. The layout of the home was absolutely great, offering a wonderful flow throughout. All the rooms are very large, providing ample space and comfort for everyone. The amenities provided were fantastic, adding so much to our enjoyment. We especially loved the huge open-concept design with the large windows, which created such an inviting and bright atmosphere. We had a truly wonderful time and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a superb getaway. Thank you to our hosts for such an amazing experience!

Our family complely enjoyed Erin's generously sized house. The indoor pool was one of the amenities that really drew us, and it didnt disappoint! Beautiful, warm, clean and the entire pool area was welcoming and comfortable. Besides that there are so many other activites; these are shown accurately in the photos. The adults enjoyed the pool table area very much in the evenings. Though we never got to using the home theatre, it was a very unique and appealing space. In general all was in good repair in this home. We loved the comfy beds and pristine linen. The kitchen was well thought out and very organized, with plenty of pots, dishes, glasses soap etc. This was a great locating to bring the family together. We would love to return again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming and cozy home! The house is quaint, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The bedding was incredibly comfortable — we slept so well! The host went above and beyond with personal touches, leaving us snacks, coffee, and condiments, which was so appreciated. We brought our dog along, and the fully fenced backyard was perfect — safe, spacious, and such a great bonus for pet owners. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but they looked beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, a warm and welcoming stay that we’d happily return to!

Nice place to visit just on the outskirts of downtown Ottawa. The appartment is nice. My husband and I chill on the patio during our stay. Jay is nice. Photos are the same as appeared online. We would 100% book again👍

I had an absolutely rejuvenating stay in this beautiful chalet. The place is peaceful, surrounded by nature, with several comfortable and intimate spaces where you can really unwind. The rooms are well spaced from each other, allowing everyone to enjoy moments of calm and intimacy. Laura is a caring host and always available when needed, while respecting our tranquility. And what can we say about the lake... a true haven of peace. The water is clear, the landscape superb. It's a perfect place to reconnect with yourself or simply enjoy the silence. I leave rested, happy, and already nostalgic. I recommend this little corner of paradise without hesitation.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and we couldn't have been happier with it. We stayed here for several weeks, with a brief pause, while renovations were under way in our house, which is just a few kilometres away. The house came as advertised, and we had everything we needed. It was clean and cheerfully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the deck quite pleasant when it wasn't too hot out. The neighborhood is pleasant, too. The hosts were most accommodating and helpful. When we arrived the first time, we had trouble figuring out the keypad for the door, and Luis was here within a few minutes to show us how it worked. Another time, the wifi stopped working and the router had to be replaced, which was done as quickly as possible with a minimum of inconvenience for us. Our only regret is that we now have to leave, as the house has served as a home away from home while we've been here. Our second stay ends tomorrow.

We had a wonderful stay, the house was great and super clean, nice area, super quiet. Had a great kitchen and loved the hottub!

Lovely private apartment in a great neighborhood. Walkable to great restaurants and atmosphere.

We didn’t get to stay long at Maribeth’s place as we were there for just a few hours each night but it was cozy and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Would’ve liked to actually enjoy the outdoor deck and the beautiful surroundings, hopefully there will be another time.

the space was beautiful. I wish we had one more day so we could have enjoyed a coffee on the balcony. Good quick communication.
