This was the perfect addition to my wedding weekend! Julie made it extra special with a welcome sign and bottle of champagne to great my guests and I! The place is absolutely stunning, so warm, cozy and just what we needed for a wedding stay with the bridal party. It surpassed my expectations and Julie and her partner were wonderful - we even had a tour and learned some history on the place. Can’t wait to come back !

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, had everything we needed, and looked better than the pictures. Both the kids and adults enjoyed the amenities and we did not want to leave. I would highly recommend having your morning coffee on the back deck. The peaceful scenery, chirping birds, and morning sun is a great way to start your day.

Great stay, nicely renovated place. Quiet street, nice neighbourhood, kids biked to the park just down the street daily. pool was amazing, linens, pillows, beds super clean and comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Felt at home

I had a fantastic stay at Scott's Airbnb! He was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When we had an issue with the pool lights in the evening, Scott promptly came over to assist, which we greatly appreciated. His communication and dedication made our experience truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying with Scott and would definitely book again!

Our family complely enjoyed Erin's generously sized house. The indoor pool was one of the amenities that really drew us, and it didnt disappoint! Beautiful, warm, clean and the entire pool area was welcoming and comfortable. Besides that there are so many other activites; these are shown accurately in the photos. The adults enjoyed the pool table area very much in the evenings. Though we never got to using the home theatre, it was a very unique and appealing space. In general all was in good repair in this home. We loved the comfy beds and pristine linen. The kitchen was well thought out and very organized, with plenty of pots, dishes, glasses soap etc. This was a great locating to bring the family together. We would love to return again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. The location is great, close to a SAQ for any groceries. It was also very easily accessible to Downtown Ottawa. Sarah was on top of things and very friendly. The house itself was self contained and beautiful and it was exactly how it was described. Would love to stay here again!

Wow!! We had an outstanding time at Dan’s cottage and were blown away by the place. It is very close to the water and has the perfect cottage feel while also being incredibly clean and cozy. The couch space was absolutely perfect for our large group to relax and chat or play games in the center area. The rooms, kitchen, and rooms were all lovely and fully set up. We were especially impressed by the amount of dishes/ tools the kitchen had that made all types of cooking so easy. Not to mention the very spacious fridge and additional bar fridge. The hot tub was lovely and we took advantage of the kayaks, paddle boats, and canoe. Dan was very responsive and any questions we had he happily helped with- though we didn’t have many since all instructions/ tips were thorough and clear. If you are looking for the perfect mix of luxury and all the activities and ambiance you could hope for in a cottage- this is the place!

What a gem! Don’t hesitate to book Magdalena’s little slice of heaven in the trees. The moment we opened the front door we felt right at home! Everything is absolutely perfect. The house is larger than it looks from the outside, with tons of space to share time or have some privacy. I brought my 16 year old for a few days to hike and relax and she LOVED having her own “wing” with the screened in porch outside her bedroom. Magdalena was so responsive and helpful, but there was absolutely nothing we needed. Check in was a breeze, the house was easy to navigate, and we loved every minute! The beds were SUPER cozy, and I was greeted by deer in the window in the morning sunrise. If you love to cook, the kitchen is fabulous with a great oven and well-equipped. We always go to Les Fougeres for a meal when we’re in town, and it’s just 5 minutes down the road. Make a reservation and check it out for a beautiful dinner! Some places are just houses. Others hold space and pause. From the first moment we walked in, "The River Retreat" welcomed us like a warm hug. My siblings and I came here to honour the one-year anniversary of our mother’s passing, and it ended up being exactly what we needed. Peaceful, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. Every room, view, and amenity gave us a chance to breathe, reflect, and spend quality family time together. We tried all the amenities, including the hot tub, canoe, kayaks, fire pit, and pool table. But our favourite pass time and location was definitely the home cooked meals around the round table overlooking the river. We left feeling full in every sense. Thank you Marlene and Morgan for being such fantastic hosts! We’ll absolutely be back.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and we couldn't have been happier with it. We stayed here for several weeks, with a brief pause, while renovations were under way in our house, which is just a few kilometres away. The house came as advertised, and we had everything we needed. It was clean and cheerfully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the deck quite pleasant when it wasn't too hot out. The neighborhood is pleasant, too. The hosts were most accommodating and helpful. When we arrived the first time, we had trouble figuring out the keypad for the door, and Luis was here within a few minutes to show us how it worked. Another time, the wifi stopped working and the router had to be replaced, which was done as quickly as possible with a minimum of inconvenience for us. Our only regret is that we now have to leave, as the house has served as a home away from home while we've been here. Our second stay ends tomorrow.

We had a fabulous stay at Chanelle's. Her home is in a great location in Gatineau, near a huge plaza with a grocery store, theatre, restaurants and shopping. Instructions on how to get in were clear and Chanelle always responded quickly. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and the convenience of getting to Ottawa in 15-20 minutes. Her home is spotless and spacious, with updated furniture and decor, and a very well-stocked kitchen. We loved it!

I’m a local from Ottawa and stayed in this Airbnb for a month. The hosts were exceptionally kind and accommodating, and checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The space was spotless, and the backyard garden was a truly beautiful. I highly recommend this stay to any medical students or residents rotating through the Ottawa General Hospital. It offers comfort, convenience, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Jasmin was very responsive and attentive to all our needs! We had an issue with the TV working in the living room and when I mentioned it on the first night, the next day, she had a replacement TV brought over and installed, which was above and beyond. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It’s in a quiet residential area, but there’s lots of nearby stores, like Walmart, Superstore, Marshall’s, etc. for anything you may need while there! Super convenient

Very well located, within walking distance of restaurants. Very clean house. Everything was there. Very comfortable. The backyard is very beautiful with the trees and squirrels. Small points: The 2 upstairs bedrooms are perfect. The beds in the downstairs bedroom are perfect for children. However, the beds are small twins for adults. The house is rustic, but we liked it. Gee was a wonderful host! Her home was very inviting, hospitable and very well kept. We felt right at home. The location was easily accessible to shopping and amenities and not too far from downtown Ottawa. Given our very late arrival, Gee ensured that we had some starter items like water and snacks which was much appreciated after a long day of flying. I would certainly recommend as well as book again. It is obvious why Gee is a super host.
