The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

House had everything as described. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Kitchen was well stocked. And the spice rack was an added touch. Endless supplies of toilet paper, garbage bags, towels and cleaning supplies. We will definitely book again.

Andy's place was perfection for our girls weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Pool was amazing and the private beach an incredible added bonus. Bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Wifi worked great and appreciated the Netflix! Everything was perfect and Andy was awesome. Very kind and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you, Andy!

This is an absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous location. My boys spent the entire day fishing on the dock while we relaxed in the pool. Brianna was extremely communicative and any concerns we had she addressed immediately. We would love to stay here again.

This was an ideal Airbnb stay! Nice, quiet neighborhood, very clean and spacious place, with an off site host that doesn’t demand much and communicates quickly! And there is a lot of parking space This was a fantastic location for my sister’s bridal party to get ready, since the church was just down the road. It’s not too far from groceries, downtown, or the beaches. It made the weekend very convenient and stress free!

We stayed for 2 nights with family and friends, and the experience was absolutely amazing! 🌟 The place is super clean, exactly like the pictures, and has such a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was spotless and perfectly warm, with jets that made it feel like a relaxing massage just what we needed to unwind! The house was very well equipped, with plenty of supplies and extra items available for guests to use. We appreciated the many towels and beach towels provided everything was thoughtfully prepared. 🏖️ Whether you’re coming with family, friends, or just looking for a romantic getaway, this place is a perfect choice. We absolutely recommend it to everyone and would love to come back! 💛

Perfect location for anyone staying in the fort myers/san carlos area. Very close to the airport and Hertz arena. The house was clean and private with a fenced in yard for the dogs to run around. Nick was an awesome host i would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. This place was the best find of all of Ft Myers. It was easy to come and go from the beach to down town. It was more that peaceful, safe, clean, and convenient. Everything I could need was in this home. And the car port came in real handy during the afternoon rains. I will absolutely use this place again.
