We had a great stay at Amy’s location. Absolutely loved the style of the flat, and everything was clean and in great condition. The location was great for us, we walked into the centre a few times and used Uber to get home, which cost around £5. Amy offered great recommendations. We loved the fireplace and made us feel right at home. We also made use of the games that were left. It was such a kind touch of the hosts to leave us some treats too, which were very much appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay, and would love to come back. Thank you so much, and Happy New Year 😊

Beautiful modern flat, clean and tidy, everything we needed. Stunning views. Really comfortable beds, lovely clean linen. Ideal with parking on site. Great base for exploring. Would definitely stay again. Communal areas were clean too. Thank you

Melanie's place was amazing - we were blown away when we walked in. The bedrooms are a good size, and the living room had amazing views of the sea - shame the sun only behaved on our last day!! This apt is right in the centre of everything, but equally, you don't really hear any noise from the outside once you're in and have closed the doors, it's a great bit of escapism. Melanie was really responsive to any questions we had. Also - make sure you visit the Lamp Room for breakfast and take advantage of the 50% off - breakfast was amazing, everyone enjoyed what they had, and the staff were lovely. We will be back xx

What lovely hosts Rod and Laura are!! The place was lovely and clean - very cosy. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. Knowing it was my wedding, they even left a sweet note on the white board and balloons. 100% would stay again!

This booking was made by our company on behalf of employees working in the area. Reports back from them was that the house was clean, comfy and exactly as described. Communication from the host was very good and informative. Would recommend this property.

Nigel's apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and it was really nice to be greeted in person by the host - even though we kept him waiting - sorry Nigel. Excellent location with easy access to local bus services. That was great for us having travelled to the area by train, but we were still able to visit all the places we wanted to go by using the X20 only yards away from the accomodation and the 21 or X21 bus stop only 5 mins walk away. We couldn't have asked for better accommodation or host. All in all a memorable experience which we would recommend to everyone. Thank you we had a lovely week.

Tee was a great host, extremely responsive lots of nice touches everywhere within which just completed it, vending machine is an absolute win! Everything completely pristine and clean, literally couldn't find a fault if i tried!

This a beautiful flat in a lovely area and is great value for money. The flat was spotlessly clean with a much appreciated welcome pack not to mention lots of teas and coffee pods too. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Lots of glorious coastline to walk right from the front door. I definitely want to come back for longer next time!

Lovely apartment, quiet, so cozy and had everything you need for a short stay. As a solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable. So close to the Metro with links to Newcastle City Centre and on to the airport. So handy, no need for a car. Welcome pack was a lovely touch😊

Stayed at Gemma’s flat whilst visiting our sone at University. An absolutely lovely apartment in a great location. Exactly as described, immaculately clean, very comfortable beds and with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in Newcastle.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Kathryn’s place. She was super helpful and proactive in making sure we had a great stay - and even let us check in early due to an earlier arrival time than planned! The place itself was the perfect size for our stay and was cleaned to a professional standard. It was really clear that there has been a lot of care and detail put into the property! Well equipped and very comfortable flat in a quiet area close to Jesmond Dene. The kitchen was well equipped and the provision of tea , coffee etc was really generous. We had a very comfortable stay.

This was a fantastic and spacious apartment. Beautiful views and very comfortable. Jacqui was a great host. Would love to stay again.

We had a great 3 night stay, to celebrate a late Christmas with my parents who live in Blyth. The apartment is gorgous, so well decorated and furnished. There was a lovely Christmas tree to greet us too. We arrived around 9.30 pm, found the key in the front lockbox and unloaded up the front stairs. Overall its a great place to stay, the only thing that would stop us staying again is our elderly dog (he's 15) is a bit too doddery for the stairs. The baby gate was a great feature, and meant we had no worries about him going down on his own. The internal stairs lead to the front door just over the road from an amazing park which was perfect for the dogs. Kids would love it too, I grew up in Blyth, such happy memories of Ridley Park!

John was very responsive and instructions were clear. The apartment is on the third floor(staircase only) of a beautiful sea frontage character building which overlooks the promenade and lighthouse. There is a lovely park next door which was a great early morning walk as well. Restaurants , bars all nearby but area very quiet during our stay. The apartment was well fitted out, great kitchen, and comfortable beds. Definitely recommend this stay

Lovely and calm apartment, very clean and well stocked, and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay while we were in the area to attend a wedding. The record player and nice selection of classical LPs was a great touch! Check in was super easy and with a personal touch, we picked up the keys from Fiona in their cycle shop downstairs, she was lovely! Easy parking close to the flat and short walking distance to the Market Square and Auckland Project museums. Really nice experience overall!

We enjoyed our stay at Mandy’s place. It was a short walk to restaurants/pubs/the coast. There was also a little convenience store less than five minutes from the flat (Spar). If we return to South Shields, we will definitely try to book here again.

It was an excellent place to do a one night stay! The only thing missing was a designated parking place - but you can't have everything!

This is a really lovely flat, located directly in front of Cullercoats bay. The view out of the living room bay window in the morning is absolutely fabulous. The flat feels really spacious, with two double rooms and a single. One of the double rooms is located downstairs from the main part of the flat (so at lower ground floor level), and the other is at the rear and has the en-suite. All the rooms felt nice and big and the whole place was lovely and clean. The kitchen is well provisioned with everything we needed during our stay. It's very easy to find the place, with a lockbox containing the key. Parking is available right outside, with a parking permit provided with the house. There are loads of interesting places to explore in the local area, and the beaches at Cullercoats, Longsands and Whitley Bay are great to play on. We wouldn't hesitate to come and stay here again if it's available when we next visit Tynemouth.

We’ve been to the area a few times and from now on will always check if Katie’s place is available. So beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, cosy and in an outstanding location with free parking! Right by Cullercoats Bay, and near great places for breakfast, coffee, food later in the day or drinks later in the evening. We had the best time. Katie’s communication was very proactive. She gave us great recommendations, and made us feel very at home.
