It is located a few kilometers north of the Adriatic Sea and the town of Omis (6 km ) and 25 kilometers east of Split .Gata located not far from the river Cetina. Beautiful little house in a very quiet and peaceful place.The house built in traditional dalmatian architectural style, in the countryside, in a quiet place. Studio flat has the capacity of 2+1. Accommodation unit size is 23 m2 + 47 m2 (terrace). This accommodation unit welcomes pets at an additional charge.On terace you can make a barbecue. For this accommodation unit the final cleaning fee is included in the total price. Your vehicle will have a guaranteed parking space. The following service facilities are reachable by a walk: supermarket,restaurant,caffe bar.Apartment have a free parking.Near the house is bus station (100 m )to Omiš and Split.

Brand new, fully equipped apartment with three cozy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Fully covered with AC units with fully equipped kitchen next to the dining area for up to 8 persons. Pool area offer a lot of space for your enjoyment, does not matter if you want to enjoy the sun or you need shady area just to chill next to the pool or jacuzzi. Newest addition- kid's playground area next to the pool and from this season pool is heated (15. 04. - 01. 11. depending on the current weather)

It was a wonderful time for us and we loved the house. It was comfortable and it came with everything we needed for our stay. The support from Dora was over the top, always quick with replies and she would always respond with a friendly chat and it just felt so welcoming. The house was wonderful, we felt at home easily, the pool was always clean and the house came with 4 cats and a cute dog! Having these around you’re never alone hehe. Overall a wonderful time we had at Dora’s place and we hope we can come back again! Thanks so much for the hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at this villa. Looks just like the photos. Ivan is so welcoming he was there to greet us when we arrived. He was extremely responsive and helpful and even called to check in on us to make sure we got out ok. Would absolutely recommend this place!

War haben 7 Tage in mit sieben Personen verbracht. Es war sehr schön die Abende nach gegrilltem an Pool zu verbringen. Selbst an einem Regentag war es ausgesprochen gemütlich im Wohnzimmer. Tanja hat uns persönlich empfangen und war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Der Pool wurde gereinigt und die Ausstattung im Haus genauso super. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und kommen sich wieder. Danke Tanja!

Gospodarz mile nas przyjął. miejsce wyjątkowo piękne. widok z tarasu nie do opisania. ładnie urządzony teren wokół posesji. basen jest fajna atrakcją dla dzieci. blisko są dwa sklepy i trzy restauracje. do Omis około 10 min autem. polecamy.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was walkable to town (where parking can be limited) and a few markets. It is also quiet and tucked away at the end of the street. The host was great - very responsive and helpful when we needed it. We even forgot an important item upon our departure and they have already sent it to us. The house is adjacent to a trail that leads to the mountaintop and beautiful views of Omis and we took advantage of this more than once. The house itself is spacious, spotless and has all the amenities we could ask for. We would stay here again if our travels bring us to Omis ever again!

Endroit extraordinaire (sûrement dans notre top 10), propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut, intime malgré la proximité des voisins, figues fraîches du figuier en fin juillet. Communications rapides et efficaces, et hôte proactive une fois qu'on a son numéro. (Adriagate est une agence.)

Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme und der Ausblick von der Wohnung ist traumhaft.. Der Weg nach oben ist beim ersten Mal ungewohnt, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Es handelt sich auch um feste Wege. Anders als in der Beschreibung gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine und Föhns. Die Außenanlage rund um den Pool ist genial und alles auch windgeschützt. Was man evtl. noch wissen muss, ist das die beiden Schlafzimmer auf unterschiedlichen Etagen sind und voneinander getrennt. Man kommt nur über die Außentreppe hoch.
