Great place! The modern, extremely tasteful house is in a prime location, nestled in nature, beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need. The communication was prompt! Karine is an incredibly courteous, very friendly person who even immediately helped me with my car damage and spared no effort to accompany me to various workshops! Thank you so much for that! I'm looking forward to renting again;-)

I stayed at Rachel's for a surf session, and everything was perfect! She was very understanding and available, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is impeccable, well located and perfectly equipped. A big thank you for this stay, I recommend it!

Everything was perfect for us. It is very centrally located and you can get around the village easily on foot. The small harbor offers great fish restaurants, where you can of course also eat oysters. Many attractions are easy to reach by car. The street is actually not quiet, but it did not bother us. Clear recommendation.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with all you could need for cooking. We really appreciated availability of spices , oils and herbs. And also utensils and cleaning materials were all there for our use. We were able to take 20 minute walk to boulangerie and only 5 minute drive to supermarket and fantastic pizza place. Great day trips to Bordeaux Hossegar, Capbreton Biarritz and Cap Ferret. Spacious feel to the apartment and very comfortable.

Very nice and spacious apartment in Arachon near the harbor. The apartment was very clean and cozy. In close proximity there is an excellent bakery, many nice restaurants and brasseries. The harbor and beach are also very close on foot to explore. Arcachon itself can be easily reached from there by bus or on foot (20 min). We will definitely be back!

The apartment was even more gorgeous in person, we feel like the listing really needs a video to show how interesting it is. The top floor was smaller but it works great for kids! Very nice house with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and well located to visit all the remarkable sites of the region (Pilat dune, Arcachon basin, Lake Cazaux, etc.). Carole was available and responsive when we needed additional information.

The house was so beautifully laid out and spacious and bright. It was in an ideal location very central and walking distance to the centre of town. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very large and beautifully decorated. The house is next door to a butcher and walking distance to a pharmacy and small supermarket. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. It was exactly as the photographs showed, and the description online is accurate. The villa is finished to a very high standard and is very comfortable. The area is peaceful and quiet. I would recommend guests to hire bicycles as there are no shops in walking distance. We did not do this and subsequently had to drive everywhere. Apart from this we loved everything about the villa and Joel communicated well prior to our visit.

When we arrived Marine was present is available despite our advance. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The bed was made. Beautiful views from the balcony. the quiet apartment and close to shops or activities. If we return to Mimizan, without hesitation we will contact Marine again

Maria was a very nice and warm person, always ready to help and always quick to reach. The apartment in the quiet location and almost on the beach exceeded my expectations. I would be happy to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay at Catherine's place! Tastefully decorated apartment in a quiet, spacious place where nothing is missing, you feel at home, there is even a secure location for the car in the subdivision which itself is very pleasant and easy to access. Definitely an excellent place that I highly recommend. Its location makes it a great place to visit the region due to its central position: Pila dune, Arcachon basin, Biscarosse and even Bordeaux less than an hour away.

A nice place for a couple of days. We stayed for a night in the pre-season in April and had a good time. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment is nicely furnished. Thank you for the nice stay.

The apartment's location is really great. Facing the ocean, the beach and its waves are just a few steps away, and all amenities, shops, and restaurants are at the foot of the building. In addition, every night we could watch the sunset over the sea from the terrace

We were three seniors on vacation who came to Arcachon for the first time and we came back delighted with the accommodation, its location and the kindness of Françoise, Arcachon, its inhabitants and the surroundings (the traders are extremely friendly)!
