Great stay in a great place. The air conditioning was a real plus with the heat when we came. The location to access the old town is ideal. We will definitely come back but rather in September because really a lot of people in August. Sarlat itself is a beautiful city with lots of stuff to do surrounding.

Just beautiful! We had a great weekend at this exceptional place near Carcassonne. The welcome, the accommodation, the swimming pool, the incredible setting with the castle and the landscapes. It was perfect, I would highly recommend

I would like to take my whole family and friends. The house, its owners, and everything around it were conspiring to make her enjoy her days to perfection. Everything is close. Supermarkets, Boulangerie, restaurants. Gudrun was always attentive. The people in the surrounding villages are super friendly. The surroundings are magical. I would always return.

We were accompanied by very young children and we did not realize that this accommodation was a little dangerous for them (sloping stairs) but they discovered the trampoline and that was great!! Maybe the small criticism: the surroundings of the pool, the natural pool (beautiful by the way) and the cottage were not yet maintained, too bad because the children could not go there by walking, it was necessary to carry them. But in the end, we had a great time. Kind regards

We stayed for a month and enjoyed our stay very much! The place has a big garden full of flowers and is very quiet, even with the road construction going on. You don't hear the cars/trucks on the main road. Very comfortable beds and warm blankets (October: We had rainy cold days) but we were lucky to have more sunny, summer weather than cold rainy days. The house can get chilly though but should be perfect for hot summer months. Hosts were very responsive when we sent messages. There were enough supplies of towels and beddings. There's a washing machine and enough clothes line to dry the clothes. Even if they hardly speak English and our French is limited, we managed to communicate well. Their son who lives in Paris came with them a couple of times to explain more information in English. Very friendly hosts! We'd stay there again if we are back in the area.

A big thank you to Valérie for her welcome, kindness and benevolence. My daughter and I had a great time. The studio is very nice, the terrace is a real plus. The location is simply ideal, close to the beach and restaurants. We can't wait to come back!

We highly recommend this very beautiful accommodation with a particularly pleasant exterior, furnished and maintained with great care. Caroline and Marie Laure were very welcoming while respecting our privacy. The lap pool and bikes are a real plus.

Pauline was a great host. Welcomed us in person and showed us around the house. The accommodation was spotless and very well equipped. We enjoyed playing table tennis and boules. We took cycle rides to the nearby villages and went wine tasting at local vineyards. We walked round the nearby lake where you could also go kayaking or paddle boarding. The beautiful town of Eymet was only a short walk away. And when the sun came out we lay by the pool

The place was pristine and in very beautiful surroundings. Big comfy beds and everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking.

On a road trip by motorbike in the area we had chosen Barbara's cottage for our stay. There were 11 of us and we had a great weekend! The common areas are large so perfect for groups, despite the bad weather we were able to enjoy the pool table, the darts, and the aperitif around the fireplace. The rooms are spacious and everyone has their privacy it's fine. The place is so peaceful, a real haven of peace. If we come back to the area we would not hesitate to stay at Barbara's place again!

Michiel and family were super friendly, proactive and lovely to speak to. The accommodation was clean, spacious and as seen in the photos. The swimming pool and outdoor space was amazing. The instructions of how to arrive, and what the property contained, were clear. We would definitely visit again!

We had a great stay at Muriel and her husband's place. Warm welcome, accommodating for arrival and departure. Extremely clean accommodation!! It's very nice and so important to us! The house is very well maintained and the furniture is new. The only small downside is the single toilet. We are coming back to Capbreton, we will come back to the accommodation without hesitation. We recommend eyes a second thought!! See you very soon 🥰

We had a very nice stay in Moliets thanks to this spacious and pleasant apartment, with a beautiful terrace. It is very well located in the village in front of the pool, unfortunately still closed in April . Bikes are available and it's really a big plus in this area. Thank you . Boris has always been very responsive both in requests for information and on my feedback . Only one note about the cleaning , certainly from the previous tenant: it was clean but not spotless. We'll be happy to go back

We were warmly welcomed at Evane's cottage, which set the tone for a very pleasant stay. The accommodation was impeccable, perfectly equipped and comfortable at all levels. We particularly enjoyed the pool and billiards, which are real assets for relaxing and having fun. Everything was together to have a great week. Thank you for this beautiful interlude!

A peaceful oasis, the accommodation is great and very cozy with forest views. The private pool inside the accommodation is a big plus, we were all able to enjoy it while being outside with our dogs. The host is very welcoming, I recommend 1000% and I would come back without hesitation! Thanks again Johnny
