Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

Very nice comfy place near to main city area but still calm and peaceful

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

It was a great experience and I am very happy that I chose Liana’s house. House is very clean, beautiful and is exactly like in the pictures. Liana is a great host, very responsive and caring. The yard is very beautiful, and sitting outside in the evening with a cup of tea was a pleasure. Moreover, the nature is amazing, you can clearly see mountains from any corner of the house. Overall, it is a fantastic place to have a chill, peaceful and relaxing weekend out of the town! Will surely come back for another trip to Oshakan!

It was my first trip to Armenian in 33 years, and I wanted to find a place to relax and enjoy myself with my family. The description of the house was exactly as we saw. It. It is a little paradise outside of the town. The beautiful house, the outside pool, and the rest of the properties covered with fruit trees create a familiar and relaxing place. Both bedrooms on the property's second floor have the most fantastic view of the sunrise, and on the balcony, you can claim the rest of the valley.

We had a great time at Anush's apartment. It is quiet, spacious, clean and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the city. Anush responded quickly and helped answer any questions that we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Note that the accommodation is located 15 minutes from the center with a climb, but that didn't bother us. We highly recommend this apartment!

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

Excellent large accommodation, with all amenities, not far from the airport. The host met us at the airport as dear guests, took us to the house. We ate at his cafe. I highly recommend staying in this house.

We have made a reservation at Alvard’s place at a very short notice after another reservation had fallen through. Alvard was very quick to respond, very kind, warm and welcoming. The house itself was even better (more spacious) than it appears in the photos. Even on in the midst of summer heat, it was pleasantly cool inside the house. While the location is not central and the street is quite noisy and dusty, the house windows look into the private yard with a little garden, so one can sleep at night undisturbed. And one can easily get to the city center by taxi in about 10-15 minutes.

Vladimir is a responsive and attentive host. The apartment is actually a whole floor of a house so it is spacious. While not in the city center, the apartment is 5-minute walk away from the subway station.

One of the things I love about Airbnb is that sometimes you get a chance to encounter fine people. This is one of those cases. Ovsanna and her family are the finest people on the planet. Their kindness and hospitality is just humbling. They make you feel at home and a part of the family. Also the place is fantastic. The pictures don’t do justice. Everything is new, refrigerator, stove, washing machine and the whole place is sparkling clean and fresh. Very comfortable and safe. Most of the time my door was open and the whole neighborhood is very safe and family oriented. It’s great place for digital nomads who are looking for a quiet and peaceful place. We are very happy with our stay at Rosie's guest house. The appartmen was very clean and comfortable. Apart from that, it had a huge balconey where we get to enjoy our breakfast. also, there was a part right across the streat were we went for a walk and had a great time. i shohld also mention that it was very easy to getvto down town from that area as there were bus stops and metro not far from the apparent. As for the host, she was very nice and helpful to find a good restaurent to arrange a gathering with friends. I'd definietly recomment wtaying at this place.

The cabin was cozy, located in a quiet area with a lovely garden where we could enjoy our stay. Special thanks to Uncle Suren for fresh wildflowers and delicious cherries. Lovely house that suited our family perfectly. Inside there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioners, TV, dishes. We were very comfortable. The only thing missing was the WiFi. The owner is very polite in kind, answered all questions.

Armen made us feel like family ,his kindness and responsiveness was amazing . He never hesitated to respond to any of our needs day or night . The welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake & fresh fruits on the table He often brought us fresh fruit & even gave a bottle of valuable Vodka to my husband as a gift . My husband is Lebanese Christian so he doesn’t speak Armenian but Armen being so educated was able to connect with him in English . Even his wife was so loving and attended to our needs beside her husband (because it was our first visit to Armenia we had a lot of questions LOL) The place in reality is far more beautiful than in the photos , new ,organized and clean . My husband and I would love to go back there for our next visit . I highly recommend it You want to feel you’re at Home? You will finally feel so at this beautiful place.

Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.
