Our three night stay at Christopher’s condo in Hot Springs was awesome! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! The location was perfect and Lake Hamilton is so beautiful! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks again for making our stay in Hot Springs so comfortable!

Excellent accommodation for an anniversary trip to Hot Springs. We didn’t need a kitchen due to all the outstanding restaurants on the strip, but didn’t want a hotel. The Exchange was perfect for our wishes!

The mirrors and windows really made the place stand out and I loved it. I always like to stay out on the porch and this one was perfect. For hours at a time without a phone or tablet. The sounds of the water, the birds chirping, and nobody disturbing you. The lake with the mountains in the background was a great view. There’s turtles sunbathing and geese flying it all was so beautiful. And the place felt so clean as well. I never second-guessed any surface I touched like I do at some places. Loved how it was just about 20 minutes away from downtown but a gorgeous drive there and back

Such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and/or described. The hosts were amazing to deal with. Super fast communication. this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! It seemed like it was a hundred miles from town because it was so peaceful, but town was a half mile away. The interior was amazing , it was decorated from a lot of different time frames. The tv and movie room was amazing. He had everything that anyone would need. Plenty of towels and the beds were great. If you have never been to Hot Springs Arkansas, this is the place to stay. We are already talking about returning this fall.

Peaceful and Tranquil. Billy and Char have an amaysing place to unplug and unwind from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend their beautiful place.

Roxanne was a very kind and responsive host. She ensured I had everything I needed for a 5 star stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future. This is probably one of my favorite stays now. The bed is firm but comfortable, the home is beautifully done, and it has every amenity you could need for a short or longer stay. The windows open out to help catch a breeze on cool nights as well. I didn’t get to kayak, but all I needed to do was get it to the water had I wanted to make time for it. The lake is beautiful, cool, and refreshing for swimming. The sunsets are peaceful and quiet, and I’m sure the fishing would be great as you can sometimes see them jumping at the top of the water. You will not regret staying here. I hope to bring my daughter with me next trip. I was not far from all the hiking, lakes, shopping, and spa treatments I could get into in a weekend.

I liked place was quiet slept like a baby! We had neighbors and could never hear them, that was as a plus. Also, walking distance to Central Avenue, did not have to waste time parking. Bathroom a tad small, not an issue for us, someone large might be uncomfortable small shower. Plan to return and check out unit with larger shower. Kitchenette a plus! Surrounding neighborhood safe! Great stay! Melissa has thought of every small detail to make your stay as seamless as possible. As a versed traveler, the little things make the biggest difference. From the ziplock bags to the shampoo/soap/conditioner to the Qtips, sugar, tea bags and seasoning she has covered it all. We ate in thrice and the kitchen amenities and grill were useful and homey. The place was clean and efficient, the bed was comfy and the yard was just enough for our pup. She really has done a great job at making her guests feel the ‘home away from home’ vibe. The place is within 5 mins of the historic district and a super easy commute for our Hot Springs National Park visit. Easy to come back for lunch and a much needed rest for our pup. Thank you Melissa, we appreciate the care you put in to your place and allowing us to borrow it!

The home was incredible! Beautifully decorated and it felt like walking back in time. The house manual is robust with everything we needed and how to operate the appliances. Anything confusing was properly labeled which helped a ton! Every room was incredible, but the kitchen and the bathtub were highlights. The garden was lovely to sit in to read and watch the critters and birds from all around us. We were able to walk to the bathhouses and the alligator farm which were fun sights to see. John responded quickly to all questions and we would love to come back next time we’re in hot springs.

The Bloom House is wonderful. Karen is the best host. She was responsive and helpful in every way. She let us pick some rosemary and oregano from the garden which we used in cooking. The washer and dryer were a great thing for us. The neighborhood is quiet and there are some huge stately old trees. We enjoyed strolling around it early in the morning. We hope to return soon.

The Hideaway was perfect for my husband and I to take our two young granddaughters on our annnual trip! It was safe and the surroundings were beautiful. The chipmunks and deer were extra special.

Cool location on the river with a boat dock and kayaks! Its a new place with accoutrements all about the house. It's clean, roomy, and tranquil. Fast responses from the host, easy check-in! Thanks Lance

This was our 2nd time staying at Mr. Jim Place. My Husband wanted to spend his Birthday once again, with his Pal, Mr. Jim because of his warm and giving Spirit. As I stated in Previous post from our last stay, Mr. Jim gave my Husband of 34 years a set of Golf Clubs for his Birthday last year. This is Exactly the type humble Man he represents, and just like before he welcomed us with open arms and provided golf lessons to my husband and sons just as he had done before. He makes sure that you are comfortable and your needs are being met. Also, Mr. Jim is full of information and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home. We are anticipating our 3rd Visit to Hot Springs, and Mr. Jim Place will always be our home away from home, whenever we are in town. Thanks for everything Mr. Jim we really appreciate your hospitality. The Lanes PS, The Golf Lessons are Free and he really enjoy Teaching others the game, so please take him up on the offer, you want regret it.

Steve left us clear instructions on how to find the condo and how to check in. The place and the view was beautiful, and super pet friendly! The area felt safe and was close to restaurants/stores! Definitely recommend!

The view alone from the couch or the back porch while enjoying morning or evening coffee was just the best. You are right on the water and it was stunning! It was very private and quiet during our stay with was just what we needed. We walked the boardwalk and to the pool which was so nice. My husband fished from the back porch. The king bed was five stars- slept great! All positives from us! We will definitely be back again!

We had such a great time staying in Carrie’s place and she was extremely accommodating. It’s so close to everything you would want to see without being smack dab in the middle of the tourist area. We wanted to try squeezing in a trip to the bath houses the last morning we were there unaware of how long it would take and Carrie gave us a couple hours extra to check out which we really appreciated.

I enjoy my stay it was peaceful and private and beautiful. Easy too get too all the lock food place and casino 🎰... very clean
