Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Garland County

I liked place was quiet slept like a baby! We had neighbors and could never hear them, that was as a plus. Also, walking distance to Central Avenue, did not have to waste time parking. Bathroom a tad small, not an issue for us, someone large might be uncomfortable small shower. Plan to return and check out unit with larger shower. Kitchenette a plus! Surrounding neighborhood safe! Perfect getaway from all the noise of city life. This is the location you want to go if you need to relax and enjoy some time away in beautiful AR. Kelly is the best host, very responsive and super laid back. Will return for sure!.

Very clean and comfy place to stay! We had a small issue with the WiFi, but they came out to fix it right away! I was very impressed. I would stay here again for sure.

We had such a great time at Yoli’s place! The house is spacious and perfect for a group, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The backyard and patio—especially the hot tub—are total game changers! Everything was spotless, and the space has a warm, welcoming feel that made us feel right at home. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Kristi's place was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The location was less than 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do, secluded enough to unwind after a long day of hiking or digging for crystals or shopping or visiting the bath houses. The house was well stocked and was very comfortable for just hanging out and spending time together. I would 100% recommend staying here!

The Bloom House is wonderful. Karen is the best host. She was responsive and helpful in every way. She let us pick some rosemary and oregano from the garden which we used in cooking. The washer and dryer were a great thing for us. The neighborhood is quiet and there are some huge stately old trees. We enjoyed strolling around it early in the morning. We hope to return soon.

Excellent accommodation for an anniversary trip to Hot Springs. We didn’t need a kitchen due to all the outstanding restaurants on the strip, but didn’t want a hotel. The Exchange was perfect for our wishes!

The mirrors and windows really made the place stand out and I loved it. I always like to stay out on the porch and this one was perfect. For hours at a time without a phone or tablet. The sounds of the water, the birds chirping, and nobody disturbing you. The lake with the mountains in the background was a great view. There’s turtles sunbathing and geese flying it all was so beautiful. And the place felt so clean as well. I never second-guessed any surface I touched like I do at some places. Loved how it was just about 20 minutes away from downtown but a gorgeous drive there and back

Such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and/or described. The hosts were amazing to deal with. Super fast communication. This is a little gem in the Ozarks. Very quite and extremely clean. Sitting on the porch over looking the lake was perfect. Kayaks are available for you to use. Host are extremely friendly. This is why i continue to return to this location.

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! A nice little place not far from downtown Hot Springs. I was a little hesitant about the area at first but there were no issues. It is in fact a small studio but fine for a day or two stay. The place was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The Host was great to work with and responsive to any questions or when extra towels were needed. A Host that goes the extra mile is always a bonus! Only thing I would suggest is maybe a curtain over the main window as the security light shines right in on you. Overall a nice place to stay if in the area.

Scott was very proactive in communicating to us. Very clear instructions. He even reached out to us notifying us of a power outage we didn’t even know about.

It seemed like it was a hundred miles from town because it was so peaceful, but town was a half mile away. The interior was amazing , it was decorated from a lot of different time frames. The tv and movie room was amazing. He had everything that anyone would need. Plenty of towels and the beds were great. If you have never been to Hot Springs Arkansas, this is the place to stay. We are already talking about returning this fall.

It was our first trip to Arkansas. We loved the place, it was very relaxing for me. The pool was nice too! Martha responded quickly and also made sure my husband had a place to park his boat. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for one night before camp drop off. Very peaceful location and comfortable sleeping arrangements for an adult and 4 teens

Brittany’s place was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy. There were extra dog bowls for pets as well. The view from the window was so pretty. Brittany gave very clear directions and instructions on how to get there and how to get inside. She was very responsive and answered all questions I had. 10/10 would recommend!

Not only was Murphy an incredible host, the property was pristine! What an amazing view, updated and incredibly clean condo. We cannot wait to book again. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay for a get away! The host are amazing

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb vacation rentals - most have been really great, but Amy’s condo was simply perfect. She has thought of everything - beach towels, sun screen, lovely robes, a welcome tray of goodies, a fully stocked coffee bar .. literally everything we wanted was at our finger tips. Amy even went so far as to leave adorable cake pops for my friend’s birthday!! The condo was immaculate and smelled so nice when we arrived! The back deck has comfortable furniture where we enjoyed a glass of wine each night. The condo is right next to the pool (super clean and quiet) which was really convenient. Amy was the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with - when we had an issue with accessing a streaming channel, she immediately responded and resolved the problem! You will not be sorry if you rent this adorable condo - it’s magic!

Just go ahead and book this condo—you will not be disappointed! Everything was exactly as described: the pictures, the amenities, and the overall comfort of the space. One of the absolute highlights was having the lake just a few feet from the back door. It was incredibly relaxing, and we truly enjoyed spending the week fishing, taking in the peaceful scenery, and simply unwinding by the water. The location is also perfect—just a quick drive to amazing food and fun. The hosts were proactive, timely, and an absolute pleasure to work with. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!
