Holiday rentals with beach access in Garfield Township

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

This place was perfect! We were in town for a family wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Very clean and comfy and just a 10 second walk from shops, ice cream, and restaurants! Woulda definitely stay again! The homemade brownie mix was an extra special touch!

A lovely, comfy space in the perfect location. It is clean, cozy and convenient. Highly recommended! I was very pleased with my stay and look forward to another stay here in the future.

We were in town for the Bayshore Half Marathon and initially expected a group of five, but it ended up being just two couples. The condo was perfect for our group! The parking was clearly marked, and we had the place to ourselves. It was easy to access, and we even tried out the elevator. At first, we weren’t sure which building was ours since there are several nearby, but once we got our bearings, everything was smooth. The location truly can’t be beat — we were able to walk to almost everything! The views are absolutely stunning. I only wish we had better weather so we could have spent more time outside enjoying them. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, with just the right amount of space for the four of us. Having two bathrooms, a cozy living area, and separated sleeping spaces made our stay really comfortable. We’d love the chance to stay here again in the future!

Great location with a super host. Only small issues — no freezer for the ice pad we need for a knee issue and, the bed, though comfortable is insanely high — even with a step stool was tough for my five foot wife to get in and out of. Super thick mattress plus a couple inch topper. Incredibly well stocked and super clean. Parking was a breeze and the front deck was a real nice bonus. Wonderful experience.

Great location and great value. Park directly across was fun and easy to get downtown.

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Myself and 5 others had a great stay at the Burdhouse - we only had one car so the location was ideal to be able to walk to see the lake, shops, restaurants, and bars. Everyone had a comfortable sleeping experience with plenty of beds and bathrooms, and we were all able to use the wifi and the TV. We enjoyed access to the porches for outside lounging and the bay windows in the front for a nice view of the street. Tammy was communicative and called me the week before we came to ensure there weren't any lingering questions. The check in process was flexible and Tammy was responsive via text when we had trouble initially getting on the wifi and to clarify the correct parking spot. On the last day, Tammy offered to let us keep our car in the driveway past check in while we did some last minute shopping. Overall Tammy was very friendly and accommodating. I have nothing but nice things to say about this trip and would highly recommend the Burdhouse to anyone looking to stay in Traverse!

Host was super quick to responds and sent a ton of info of things to do in the area. A very nice, peaceful time on the lake.

Where do I start… this was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our fur baby. The house was exactly as described and is placed in the most peaceful neighborhood - while also being minutes away from everything Traverse City has to offer! Ramy is the most wonderful host; answering all our questions and suggesting some great local spots as well. We felt immediately at ease and truly could enjoy our vacation thanks to Ramy and this perfect lil home. We hope to be back next time we visit Traverse City! ☺️

Place was exactly as described. Perfect location for our needs and the ability to bring our dogs was a huge plus. House was spacious and well kept. Would stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a Family Reunion so didn't spend a lot of time at the house but did enjoy the sunrise each morning.

We came up for my bachelorette weekend, actually found this place as a last minute deal when our first place fell through. The house was beautiful, and everyone had plenty of room. We were able to check in early and the host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

We cannot say enough good things about your stay & Beth! My family was in town for our wedding & Beth was more than accommodating with early check in so we could get things going! While I had a busy weekend as the bride, Beth sent multiple messages checking in on us & letting us know if we needed anything to just reach out! Even my mother mentioned how amazing that the home had everything stocked & we didn’t need to bring a thing! Something that not every Airbnb offers. The home looked right out at the water, it was updated and such stunning features, lots of spacious areas & rooms, and truly the perfect place to reset during a busy weekend! We hope to stay with Beth at this stunning home again on our next trip to Traverse!

We loved our stay at John and Kelly's place. The entire rental was extremely clean and matched the photos. They were responsive and friendly when I reached out with questions before and during our stay. Most of all, you can't beat this location!

Fantastic place to stay! It was exactly how the photos described it and had everything anyone would need for an overnight/week stay. I was extremely happy with this place :) beautiful and quiet beachfront was great.

We really enjoyed Benjamin's place. Although we did not have children, the extra touches to make one comfortable were thoughtful. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathroom amenities and welcome basket a pleasant extra touch! We were enjoyed both a morning and evening walk and was nice to not have a permanent parking spot for the weekend!

Beautiful accommodations. K.C. was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure that we had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family.

Kara was very responsive. The air conditioning was not working but they had someone out and it was fixed the same day. It was not as close to downtown as I would have liked but that was my fault for not completely checking out the location. Fantastic shower. Lots of room and super close to the bike trails. And gorgeous view of the water.

Jesse was a great host and we enjoyed staying at their place! We appreciated the private beach to play at and the pool was well maintained. There were plenty of food and entertainment options that Jesse recommended in their binder, and all were fantastic choices. The views were amazing from the living room/patio, and it felt very private. We couldn’t see any other guest and did not hear neighbors. It was very peaceful being on site and we could definitely see about renting the place again in the future! Jesse was a great host, communicated early and often, and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. Overall, great experience and thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home!
