Beautiful space with stunning view! Perfect to disconnect and relax!

We had a fantastic stay in the cottage for nine nights. Villa Alta is in a beautiful location and the grounds around the house are so well maintained. We enjoyed both the shared pool and our own private terrace with hot tub. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area. Raffaella was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the villa on a couple of occasions. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We spent two nights there, everything was great! The hot tub overlooking the mountains is a good plus and if you go there in summer you can enjoy the fruits that grow on site. There is also a couple of neighbors, who are absolutely adorable and with whom everything went well.

!!! Hidden jewel of Tuscany !!! My girlfriend and I had one of the best holidays ever in this wonderful place away from the tourist strongholds. We were received in person by the host family upon our arrival. Just for your information: Molly herself is only a kind of agency from the UK with whom you have contact before arrival. On site, we were in contact with the host family and were welcomed by them very warmly. For the perfect start to our holiday, we were given a homemade antipasto plate, fresh fruit, a cake and a bottle of wine. When we got a detailed tour of the property, we could no longer come out of the light. Everything was just incredibly beautiful and prepared for us with so much love for detail. Starting with the pool area, which is equipped with the most seating, lying and chill facilities. Of course, the fire bowl should not be forgotten, which is just perfect for a cozy and romantic evening. In addition, there is the breathtaking view over Castiglione di Garfagnana and the associated nature. For us personally, the pizza oven and the associated barbecue station were an absolute highlight. The house has everything you need. It is super clean, well equipped (especially the kitchen) , the bed is really comfortable and again we would like to really highlight the attention to detail in all rooms. In addition, the surroundings are beautiful, you can just love the small villages, the mountains and nature. A perfect place to just unwind and enjoy the tranquility. In the end, it is only to say that we are incredibly happy to have discovered this place, a week there was far too short and we can recommend this accommodation with full conviction. The stay at Sara's house was really very pleasant. This beautiful, recently restored house overlooks a fragrant, flower-filled garden. The kitchen is equipped with super appliances and quality dishes. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is of high quality. nothing is missing to fully enjoy the holiday. Another thing that makes this village special is the fact that you have to leave your car and walk home on a pleasant walk while your luggage travels on the tractor driven by Bryan. far from the noise of the city, I spent hours immersed in the peace and greenery of the woods in the background. Sara and Bryan are caring and welcoming hosts and know how to anticipate every desire. I highly recommend this place if you want to experience moments of true relaxation.

The place is located on top of the hill. It has been a pleasure to stay for a few nights at Federico's place. He has been really helpful when we asked questions, to find the place etc. It is a lovely family house. We did not test the jaccuzi because off season but I guess on sunny days it must be amazing. The view from the house is stunning.

Beautiful views, 20 min by car from the nearest town, not accessible without a car. The communication went great, the house was easy to find with navigation & the area is very nice

Great place in a very quiet and peaceful location. The place has everything you need. The closest supermarket is a bat far away, though it is expected at a place this remote. So try to plan a bit more time for your geocery shopping. Host ist kind, responsive and very proactive. We even had a video call so she could explain the amenities. Recommended

Nice and quiet place. Beautiful views of the hills .Lost of outdoor space and sweet distance sound of the church bell. Lovely place to get back too after a busy day elsewhere.

The cottage is beautiful, we felt comfortable immediately. Everything you need to live was there. The surroundings are enchanting and quiet, perfect for recovering from the stress of everyday life. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was perfect! We had a great time at Elisa's. The house matched the description and had everything we needed. Having a 1 and a half year old child, she provided us with everything we needed for him, a cot and a high chair. Our son was free to roam without problems and obstacles. We felt right at home. The sea is just a short walk away. The area is very quiet, with maximum privacy and internal parking (perfect for unloading luggage with ease). There are all the necessary amenities nearby. Elisa is always available to answer all questions with suggestions. We will definitely be back ❤️

The vacation home was a real stroke of luck for us as a family of 5! Fenced, with pool and large garden, table tennis, fireplace... there was something for everyone. The amenities match the description. Just an hour after our arrival, I booked our next vacation here, we liked it so much. Despite the heat, you can always find a shady spot on the large veranda. The outdoor shower was great, so the children could simply be rinsed off quickly in the evening without much effort. A little tip for all those who need it dark to sleep: take the smaller room right next to the bathroom 😉 The house is a little "hidden" at the end of a cul-de-sac, but was easy to find thanks to Ilaria's description (thank you!!!). The only drawback is the street, which you can hear very loudly, especially at night when everything is quiet. Ilaria gave us many great tips for excursions in the area and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we'll be back!

Had a very nice time in an intimate and cozy house, which quickly became 'our' home. The cottage is located in the hills amidst olive trees and forest, although isolated, but it does not feel that way. You can easily forget the ballast of a busy life... Well worth it!

Quarrata is a great little village and the house is in a pretty location in the country, surrounded by olive trees and rolling hills. its a 2.5km walk or a quick drive, so if you're staying there, it's really useful to have a vehicle. It's peaceful, has everything you need incl a washing machine, and Eleonora is a great, responsive and friendly host. It is up a couple of flights of stairs so just be aware of that. Because of that the views are gorgeous. True Tuscan loveliness.

Beautiful cottage! Felt really welcome. Perfect place to just relax. In the morning you could walk to the bakery and get freshly baked bread. Before we arrived Dominick sent us a really nice welcome document with a lot of info of things to do!

We had a lovely stay with friends (with teenagers) at Alberto's. The house is itself synonymous with vacation. The splendid view, the ideal location for visiting the 5 lands. We will keep a great memory of the breakfasts on the terrace at the end of October🤩

The place was as described, a beautiful, quiet building. The area is indescribably beautiful and we have rarely found such a place. Marcella was likeable and friendly. We had a great time here. The equipment was spotless.

It was a very nice week in Tuscany despite the rather rainy weather. The house is wonderful, large, warm, with all the amenities. There is also a wonderful yard with a barbecue, which we did not get to enjoy much, but the fault is only the weather. But our parking place was very convenient. There is complete peace and quiet, it is very relaxing. The location is great - very close to the A11, in 1 hour you can get to Florence, 30-40 minutes to Pisa, 15-20 minutes to Lucca. And to countless other Tuscan beauties. Thank you to Graziella and Marco for the beautiful home, the wonderful welcome and the care they took for us!

We had such a wonderful stay with Leonardo and Stefania. They were incredibly welcoming and made our stay extremely pleasant. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and the pool and garden area was a peaceful bliss for our family. We would love to come back again soon.

Alberto and his son are super nice and very attentive. We loved the place (it's even better than the pictures). The pool is magnificent. We spent a week with our 15-month-old son and everything was very well suited to a baby. We recommend this listing and will definitely be back
