Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gare Saint Jean, Bordeaux

Staying at Sophie & Bruno’s place was like staying with friends. The location was perfect for us, outside the city but easy access to the tram to get into Bordeaux or by car to the surrounding area. Three great double bedrooms with ensuite rooms, all air conditioned. We had a terrace to sit outside and eat breakfast. Sophie has an amazing address book for restaurants and we ate out very well each night (La Table de Decanteur (local resto with amazing wine), Zephirine, Ressources (both amazing restaurants, easy to reach by tram) and La Cor(o)niche by the Bassin d’Arcachon). There are plenty of local shops in Le Bouscat easily accessible on foot. We will definitely stay with Sophie again if we’re in Bordeaux, it’s nice to be out of the heat of the city. Sophie & Bruno are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home, nothing is too much trouble. I think my favourite Airbnb to date.

Denis' accommodation is really great. We were very warmly greeted with the most delicious canelés. The pool was perfect for the hot days in Bordeaux. However, it must be said that the accommodation is a little further from the city center. Since we depend on public transport, this was not ideal for us. Otherwise, the accommodation is perfect and a fan was even provided. The sweet cat did its best 🥰 we would recommend the apartment, but would point out that you should plan a little more time to visit the city center. Thank you for the great time. 😊

Good Location in the Chartrons area. Easy access by Bus and Tram into the Centre. A stand alone property in her garden which was spacious, comfortable and clean. Isabelle was very helpful and always communicated well with us. A great place to stay .

Very pleasant stay. It's the second time we've come, so we knew we wouldn't be disappointed. I highly recommend it to those looking for a peaceful resort where it's easy to park your car and take public transport to Bordeaux. we'll be back

We were only in the small but cozy apartment for one night because we were on our way to Spain. Everything was super clean and cozy. There were many details in the furnishings, where you could see that it was furnished with attention to detail...-:) If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back... Louis-Antoine was a welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable host who gave us a thorough and thoughtful introduction to both the apartment and the city. His recommendations for things to do and places to eat and explore in Bordeaux were spot-on and much appreciated. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location—just steps from the beautiful Jardin Public, where we enjoyed several relaxing walks. It was clean, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Monique was wonderful and so helpful with suggestions locally. The home was perfect! Everything I needed to cook, had space to sit on the couch and look out at the patio, exercise in the living room, extra blanket and pillows, open or closed windows, and a really sweet neighbor with an adorable dog. So easy to get around town, the tram is right outside as well as the market. Sunday market a few blocks away, went running by the river in the mornings, always felt safe in the area, could walk or tram anywhere around Bordeaux, which is the greatest city ever!!! I can’t wait to come back. I stayed alone but 2 could stay here quite comfortably with a big bed and separate spaces in the apartment. Up one flight of stairs so pack lightly!

A cozy apartment in a quiet suburb of Bordeaux! What we liked: - The balcony allows you to retreat to your apartment and still linger outside. - It is also advantageous that the bathroom and toilet are separate from each other. - Although the apartment is a bit outside the city center, it is easy to reach by train or bus. The apartment was clean and cozy and corresponds to the price. :-)

Hi, Stay from 06 to 16/06/2025. Very good location of the apartment 10 min from the train station, 30 min from the Capucin market and 45 min from the cathedral. All these times are counted on foot. Spacious apartment, as well as balconies, and quiet environment. Tramway in the street. Valuable vehicle location because all parking lots in the area are paid except from Monday to Friday from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and Sundays and public holidays. I recommend:-)

Odile was a fantastic host. Communication before and during was very good and her instructions were very clear. The apartment was lovely and a great base to relax and explore the town.

We really liked the apartment and was as described. It was spacious and well equipped, has a lovely outlook. The shops, bus or ferry is a 10 minute walk away. Laurent met us at the apartment, which made check in super easy. He was also very responsive to any questions. Would recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

Lucile's apartment was great! Easy to walk to town center but still close to restaurants and cafes. The space is great for two people with an amazing terrace. Wish we had stayed longer! Highly recommend.

The stay at Charlotte's went very well. The apartment is well located, accessible on foot from the ultra center of Bordeaux or by tram easily. It is spacious and allowed us to feel very comfortable for a weekend with girlfriends. On the other hand, Charlotte is accommodating and caring. Thank you for everything.
