Perfect, we came for a convention located at the Seine Musicale which is about a 25-minute walk away. Well located and quiet, parking was easy on the street of the listing or on the streets nearby. Functional interior with all comforts for a pleasant stay for two.

Sophie was a fantastic host, extremely kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make my stay great! The metro station to get to Paris is about a 10-15 minute walk through a nice neighborhood. The studio had everything I needed and the boulangerie in the neighborhood made the best baguettes I’ve had before. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Sophie’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and even nicer than expected. Sophie was a wonderful host—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Very good stay in this accommodation, quiet, clean and independent, the view of the flowers from the garden soothed me morning and night before facing training day reviews and review. The proximity to the training location and the Leclerc center undeniably helps. Quick and efficient communication with Ephram and Remy, warm welcome, available; and a big thank you again to the kind young man who came to help me in their absence to turn the TV back on the 1st night of my arrival despite the late hour.

I had a very pleasant stay at Richard’s place with my family. Marie was very very friendly also! Communication was simple and excellent! Easy to get around Paris with public transport nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Paris. Amenities were as described. *The baby amenities were much appreciated!!!!* Thank you for a great stay! I recently stayed at this Airbnb and overall had a good experience. The location was beautiful, trendy, and matched the listing photos. The Airbnb was comfortable, clean & well-equipped which made my stay pleasant. Communication with the host was slightly vague which delayed check-in. But check-out was smooth. A couple of things to note for future guests is to walk around to side entrance because the GPS brings you to front entrance. Overall, I would recommend this place for travelers, and I appreciate the host’s hospitality. Thank you for a nice stay!

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only disadvantage was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

The apartment was perfectly clean and very nice. It was as in pictures. In a quiet and safe area, close to public transportations. Angelo has been an excellent host, carefull and detailed in descriptions.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
