Villa holiday rentals in Ganpatipule

I visited with my family of 8 people for 2 days and the place turned out to be best. The location is great with sea facing view from the balcony. The villa is within a complex with other villas so is not isolated. The caretaker is very helpful. All amenities were available as described. A couple of instances of power cut were observed but not a deal breaker and they have power back up so will have lights and fans working, which is great. Food is available through a canteen within the premises, they serve good authentic maharashtrian food. The quantity is just adequate for an individual. Will recommend to order a little extra as this is a canteen and they prepare limited food as per the order. Other good restaurants available nearby too. A very responsive host. Overall a great experience and will surely visit again. Thank you for the great service 😊

We were sceptical on the choice of place, but we're amazed by the level of hospitality. the people were really hospitable, and were really nice people. food tasted amazing, be it chicken curry or prawns, the cook knew how the pallet will like it. veg food was also great and a great cup of tea and coffee. the place is really nice, and allowed our pets to stay without any issues. they prepared chicken rice for our doggos and we all had a great time. amazing and peaceful place. loved it. will visit again for sure.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property in Ratnagiri! It's honestly one of the very few - if not the only - places in Ratnagiri with such modern amenities and top-notch maintenance. From the moment we checked in, everything felt smooth, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. One of the highlights was the food - they served delicious local meals at very affordable prices, which made the experience even more special. The rooms had smart TVs with Netflix, Prime, etc., already installed, and to top it off, we even played PS5 during our downtime! We came here looking for a peaceful escape from Mumbai, and this was the perfect choice. With Vande Bharat and Shatabdi trains reaching Ratnagiri in just 5-6 hours, it was super convenient and comfortable. Unlike crowded spots like Lonavala, this place gave us true relaxation - and honestly, there's so much more to explore in Ratnagiri than people usually expect.

Great place worth the money. Good access to ganpatipule and ratnagiri. Also homemade food in nearby restaurant and petrol cng pump nearby.

Staying at Zuluk, Ratnagiri was a unique and unforgettable experience! The place was well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable. We loved the outdoor swimming pool under the starry night. Megharaj and his Wife Sayali was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was so yummy. We truly enjoyed being at Zuluk. We are a family of four and we stayed at this home for a weekend, and it was a very cozy, comfortable stay. The place is located close to the sea, and amidst nature, in Ganpatipule, and there is a pretty little garden as well... There was a caretaker at all times who was very hospitable, and Mr. Mahesh was very warm and friendly and provided us with good tips for local sightseeing and travel. Bedrooms and bathrooms are cozy and well kept.. there's facilities to wash clothes, kitchen is well equipped and one can easily stay even for a long period of time. We were very well taken care of at the home. Thank you!
