The property was extremely neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like home. The apartment is spacious and has a kitchen suitable for cooking, wifi worked well, the bathroom is separate but private and the sink is outside on the patio. This is fine except you are in full view of the neighbors. It is quite dirty with dust and grime. The area is a long walk to thamel but you can get taxi or motor bike for $1-3 each way. The price is right so good value for the money.

The Pigeon Homestay is an absolute gem in Kathmandu! Ketan, the owner, is the best host ever—so kind, attentive, and welcoming. He goes out of his way to make sure every guest feels at home. The rooftop terrace is a highlight; it’s the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and enjoy the serene surroundings. The girls working there are also incredibly lovely and helpful, adding to the warm and friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful stay or a base to explore Kathmandu, this homestay is perfect. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Sal’s Pizza Penthouse is a charming two-room flat on the top floor of a little restaurant on a central location in the residential area of Lazimpat. Besides a spacious bedroom and a living room there is a bright kitchen with windows on three sides. It’s a lovely spot to sit and read or write or have a meal. The flat is connected to a pleasant terrace with a countless number of plants. There are some good cafés and restaurants in the neighborhood – probably due to the fact that there are a number of embassies in the area. Thamel is within walking distance. The host and the staff in the restaurant are friendly and very helpful. The restaurant has an adorable little front garden, and there is almost a family vibe around Sal’s Pizza. Would like to return anytime.

Everything was good, Helpful staff, Clean bathroom and rooms Beutiful surrounding Peaceful and relaxing stay Only one thing that I don't like, that is property's location, it was located arround 3km from main road and cafe, resturant and other basics needed was 2,3 km away from property. It worth to pay that money.

This was my first experience through Airbnb in a Homestay. There property is in a peaceful place. Room, kitchen, bathroom are clean and well maintained. You get access to a large open terrace with nice seating area Separate entrance. Delighting points are Host does provides you with fooding facility which makes you actually feel like home and it's very convenient too. whenever I have to go to Prayagraj, my address would be Mr &Mrs. Nigam's without a second thought.

Rashil's place is one of those rare gems of what Airbnb used to be about, a passionate local host who shares a taste of their world. Rashil was just so increidbly generous and took so much time and care to make sure I had everything I need. He took me out to an incredible hole in the wall dinner spot, that you could only ever experience if you were local. The next night he and his wife invited me over for dinner made by there incredible and very lovely cook. The apartment is amazing, It was a passion project of Rashil's to design and it has so much thought in all the little details. I had just come off a big job so spent a lot of time sitting at the beautiful kitchen table staring at the bamboo grove in the courtyard. Slowing down like that was exactly what I needed. I've stayed so many airbnb's all over the world and its been a very long time since I've had such personal and lovely experience like this. Thank you Rashil!

I stayed here with my family, and we absolutely loved the place—the ambiance, the rooms, and the overall experience were fantastic. Initially, I had some concerns about parking, but upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The building offers proper parking space, which made things very convenient. Everything about our stay was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering a stay here!

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

The location and view are excellent. The apartment itself is beautifully done up, interiors are in a Bohemian style and very soothing. Reena ji was super helpful in coordinating everything. Our only gripe was that, the apartment infrastructure is not that well-maintained. For eg., in one of the bathrooms the shower was not working, which got fixed later on. Then that bathroom's sink had a drainage issue. On our last evening, the kitchen sink's drainage pipe disconnected, and water leaked all over the floor. Reena ji was again helpful, sending people to fix it - but we couldn't use the sink that evening. But as nothing is perfect, these minor grievances aside, stay was excellent, very calm with the magnificent views of the pristine Ganges from our balcony. That last part, for us, overrode everything else, which is why I still am rating it 5 stars! PS: Note that if you don't have your own transport, you are dependent on the local autos, which you have to call and book in advance.

My family absolutely loved the place and were impressed by its maintenance and cleanliness. They were able to locate it easily - thanks to Ashin's guidance. Also the recommended restaurants were great too! Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Pokhara with their family. I hope to visit again too!

A Comfortable and Welcoming Stay in Varanasi.... My stay at Ms. Anjana’s Airbnb in Nagwa Lanka, Varanasi was truly delightful. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with all the essentials needed for a comfortable visit. Located in a vibrant and locally active neighborhood, it offers a genuine feel of everyday life in Varanasi, with shops, eateries, and transport options easily accessible. Assi Ghat, BHU, and other key locations are just a short ride away. Ms. Anjana was an exceptional host—warm, helpful, and always available for any assistance. Her personal touch and attention to detail made the stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and homely base to explore Varanasi.
