Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Wir waren zu acht bei dieser tollen location! Marijo und sein Team haben tolle Arbeit geleistet es gab für den Empfang tolle Platten sowie frische kekse auch hat er sich informiert ob alles okay bei uns sei er kam auch in der woche um den Pool zu putzen das ist einfach super sowie ein tag vor der Abreise brachte er uns sehr viele Windbeutel allgemein fande wir die Lage super es ist super ruhig dort und es ist einfach empfehlenswert dort seinen Urlaub zu machen vielen dank für diesen tollen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Ante in seinem schönen, ruhigen Ferienapartment. Bei der Ankunft war alles perfekt vorbereitet, auch für unseren 11 Monate alten Sohn, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Der Außenbereich bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung: Tischtennis, Darts, Federball und sogar Bumerangs. Die große, überdachte Terrasse mit Grill lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders schön fanden wir die Hängematte zwischen zwei Bäumen, in der wir wunderbar entspannen konnten. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der große Pool. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ante ist ein großartiger Gastgeber: Er antwortete schnell auf Fragen und gab tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Als Willkommensgruß lagen frische Kirschen bereit, die super lecker waren – eine nette Geste! Wir können Ante und sein Ferienapartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Petit logement situé en bord de chemin pour entrer en 10 et 35min à pied des 2 entrées du parc Paklenica et également situé sur des pistes de vtt. Cette petite maison en pierre est d'un charme fou et rénovée avec soin le tout avec une belle touche de décoration notamment sur la magnifique terrasse. 2 chambres petites idéales pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque de rien. Surement très agréable en été par la fraicheur des pierres en fortes chaleurs. Douche avec pression et place de parking sous les arbres. A noté que la maison est dans un petit bourg en cours de rénovations d'une petite dizaine de maisons en pierres dont déjà 5/6 sont rénovées. La ville est située à 400m, de quoi se baigner à 15min à pied et un supermarché suffisant pour les vacances à 5min en voiture le tout à 15min de l'autoroute. Un logement parfait et adapté à des séjours pour randonneurs de quelques jours comme de plusieurs semaines.

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Wohnung und haben jeden Tag genossen. Es ist super ruhig und mot dem Pool kann man sehr gut entspannen. Durch den privaten Parkplatz ist es perfekt für Leute die einen Mischung aus Entspannung und Aktivem Urlaub wollen, da sehr viel Nationalparks in der Nähe sind. Absolut zu Empfehlen!!

Snjeza is een super aardige host. Hij reageert snel op vragen en erg leuk dat hij eigen olijfolie en groente uit zijn eigen tuin ter beschikking stelt. Heerlijk huis. Door het lekkere weer veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en de jacuzzi. Ook het sportveld was super leuk! Vanuit het huis kan je veel activiteiten goed bereiken. Leuke afwisseling tussen fijn ‘thuis’ blijven en erop uit gaan!

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

Our stay in Zadar was absolutely amazing, thanks to this beautiful home and the incredible host! The house was stunning - spacious, stylishly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The pool was a true highlight - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything looked exactly like the photos, if not better! The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. We truly felt at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this place - it's the perfect base for discovering Zadar!

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

House is at great location with beautiful view of the city and the sea. Beautiful sunsets. It is excellent location to explore southern Croatia. Place is very clean and Katja is welcoming host. I can recommend this place to any guest and I am sure we will come back. Everything was perfect. We liked it very much.

Davor is very friendly host. We had no problem to find apartment and do the check in and check out. Great location with everything at hand and in walkable distance. Sea view from balcony is perfect. Apartment has everything you need also for a longer stay. Kitchen is very well equipped.

We really liked the hospitality of the host and the facilities of the accommodation was on point. Check in was very flexible and Mirjana answered to our questions whenever we had them. Private free parking slot was superb. The location was very practical as it was next to the busy road and shops/supermarkets. However, the noise from the traffic was a bit downside of that.

Boro’s apartment is PERFECT. It is even better than the photos. 10 minutes from a crystal clear beach, 1 minute from a shop and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a few minutes of the place. Boro is a gentleman and was very helpful and flexible. Thank you SO much Boro. I hope we will see you again in beautiful Zadar.

Гарні апартаменти з чудовим виглядом з балкону! Поруч магазин, автобусна зупинка. В апартаментах є все необхідне для приготування їжі а також інших необхідних речей. Чудові господарі які завжди на звязку. Дякуємо за гостинність!

séjour de 2 jours dans l appartement de toni en juin. lieu bien entretenue propre terrasse avec vue mer. accès direct privé à la mer avec transat . vue magnifique. belle decouverte. toni est très réactif est répond aussitôt aux messages.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

Wir verbrachten mit 13 Personen 5 tolle Tage in Ivanas Haus. Es gibt 5 Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss, von denen 4 über ein eigenes direkt angrenzendes Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken verfügen. Das 5. Doppelzimmer hat auch ein eigenes Bad, jedoch muss man über den Flur laufen. Das ist aber nicht schlimm. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit einem 3. Bett und ein weiteres großes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ein großer Esstisch grenzt direkt an die Küche. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und schon mit der Bettwäsche bezogen. Es gab ausreichend handtücher. Der außenbereich mit Pool und außenküche ist unglaublich. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und waren nur draußen. Ivanas Haus hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen, ich würde hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen. Ivana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die alle meine Fragen immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet hat. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

L’appartement est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer incroyable ! Les commerces de proximité peuvent se faire à pied (dont une boucherie de qualité) Parking voiture est un plus :-) La climatisation dans toutes les pièces ! Les 3 vélos à disposition nous ont bien servis : les balades le long de la côte me manqueront ! La plage au bout du quai avec le beach bar ! Les recommendations de Marko ont toutes été de qualité : la sortie en bateau était géniale ! Nous avons adoré le fait d’être sur une île : c’est tout de suite plus paisible Que du bonheur !!!!

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

we werken super vriendelijk ontvangen en voelde ons meteen thuis. karlo heeft ons door het huis rondgeleid en was heel behulpzaam. het huis zelf is ruim en alles was schoon. lekkere bedden en goed genoten van het zwembad. echt aan te bevelen!

This house is beautiful,well equipped,lovely rural location but you can walk to a bar and 2 shops.luka even had 2 bikes for us to borrow .I took my 3 children their spouses and 3 grandchildren aged 7 months to nearly 4 years .we all loved it. Luka’s wife Ivona was so helpful.

Valentin was a wonderful host! Probably the best airbnb I ever stayed in. The house is wonderful, the garden is big and the pool perfect. Even the kitchen is perfectly equipped. There weren’t too many fruits left in the garden but we were allowed to eat them and there is also a fire place for a barbecue. I definitely recommend staying here.

Unterkunft: Dieses Haus ist ein echtes Juwel!!! Adrijan hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns zum Haus geleitetet. Der Weg ist etwas abenteuerlich aber mit jedem normalen PKW bewältigbar. Am Haus angekommen wird man von einer unglaublich tollen Aussicht nochmal belohnt. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt und lädt zum verweilen ein. Auch der Whirlpool ist eine tolle Alternative, wenn man nicht den ganzen Tag am Meer liegen will. Wir fanden es nicht schlimm, dass er nicht beheizbar war.. es hatte Ende August/ Anfang September noch weit über 30 Grad und man ist froh über die leichte Abkühlung. Zu der Insel: Pašman ist der Wahnsinn. Eine kleine liebevolle, verschlafene Insel mit wenig Tourismus und vielen netten Plätzchen und Abwechslung! Gott sei dank gibt es mittlerweile einen Plodine Supermarkt auf Pašman, so fällt auch der Stress mit dem Einkaufen weg! Zusammengefasst können wir diese Unterkunft und auch die Insel nur wärmstens empfehlen. uns hat es super gefallen, kommen wieder!
