Dolly was very attentive and always available. Ideal location for excursions, but a car is necessary. The small market nearby is great and also offers pastries for breakfast. The evenings on the terrace were great! We had a very nice stay at Dolly's. Thank you

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. It is well equipped and just suitable for 2 persons with (smaller) dog. The kitchen was well equipped, Lucia has already provided some basic food for us, which is extremely comfortable, as we did not have to buy coffee (Nespresso machine) and milk etc. She was also very helpful, super friendly and emphatic. A small pebble beach, mom and pop shop and the restaurant "La Valentina" is a short walk away. The other beaches can also be easily reached and explored on foot, by bike or car. On the terrace you can stay well, it is not too hot and the view of the sea is very calming and beautiful. Thanks again to Lucia for getting to know her and using her apartment.

Nice straightforward place with everything you need. Quiet location with 30 second walk to the beach and lovely garden to relax in too. Spare parasols for the beach were particularly useful and AC kept the place very pleasant. Responsive host and Gianfranco who greeted us and checked us out was very helpful despite the language barrier (translate function on the phone was very helpful).

Carlo was the perfect host, friendly, responsive and proactive when required The house is perfect sized for 2, and could sleep 4 with a sofa bed in the living area(although possibly a bit snug for a longer stay for more than 2 adults) It is well appointed with everything you need, and nicely decorated. The outside area is well shaded, and although there is no Aircon the house did not get too hot despite 30 degrees outside. San Teodoro is a lovely town, with plenty of bars, restaurants and beaches The town is 10 minutes easy stroll, the beaches a little further(we were glad we had a car, but lots of people walked to the beach every day) We had a lovely time here, and Carlo and his house contributed hugely to that Thank you for a great stay

This was a wonderful place to stay when visiting the Old City. Location could not be better! The host was wonderful with directions and flexibility. Home was extremely clean with wonderful decorations to enjoy. Very spacious! We will be staying again when we return.

We enjoyed a great end to our long Sardinia trip here. The apartment was sparkling clean and is very well equipped (with dishes, etc., the pans not scratched, as in other apartments), our best Airbnb experience in Sardinia. The mosquito screens are a big plus. With our bikes, we were quickly at the various beaches - there is not only La Pelosa, where everyone is crowded together ;-) - also on the beautiful island of Asinara or in the village. From one of the two balconies (we were on the upper floor) you have a beautiful sea view in various directions, it is comfortably furnished and covered. Francesca (also speaks good German) and Gianluca are attentive and very warm hosts, always available. A gift was even waiting for us. This is less important to me, but we were pleased. We can only recommend the apartment for 2 people and would be happy to come back.

Easy to reach house with easy to reach shaded parking space, the house has a breathtaking view in a location that allows you to reach Castelsardo on foot without problems, the house is hospitable comfortable and very clean, white is a helpful and very kind host, I highly recommend it to everyone

We can't thank Paolo and his parents Dino & Antonella enough for our beautiful trip to Sardinia. The house matches 100% the pics and is located in a beautiful quiet area 5 min away (driving) from San Teodoro main street. The place is a 20 min driving from Olbia Airport and a 5 min driving from La Cinta beach & 12 min away from Cala Brandichi. It is so convenient & helpful to stay there. The best part was definitely the warm welcome of his parents, a lovely couple who made us feel at home. They were so kind & patient explaining everything about Sardinia, gave us the best tips for our trip. We've had such a great time that when we did the check-out it felt like we were going away from our own home, leaving our family behind. If you want to stay in a lovely spacious, quiet & clean place enjoying the best of San Teodoro & being hosted by the sweetest couple in Sardinia, you need to book this place. Forget about any other Hotel or Airbnb and book this now! God bless you all 😀

Excellent stay. Very warm welcome from Alisson. The accommodation is nice, pleasant and functional, the outside is well laid out and shaded. The only small downside if we have to find one: only the main room is air-conditioned. The residence is peaceful, offers a beautiful view of the mountains and a beautiful pool. We had a fun time!

I spent 1 week with 2 families and the grand-parents and it was perfect. The place is clean, and standing, and the view is astonishing! Catherine was a great host and really communicative! Really encourage this place!

The house has a unique charm, and is very lovingly, stylishly and tastefully decorated. It has it all! We were thrilled and felt very comfortable there. (We couldn't see “maintenance issues” or “outdated facility”). With the terrace into the shaded garden and the air conditioning in the top attic, we also slept as relaxed as before in the east and south of Sardinia (despite air conditioning). The house has everything for a relaxing stay. Maristella is a wonderful suburb of Alghero: both the old town and many magical beaches and coves are within easy reach. A small house beach in the morning and evening for visiting and abading also on foot, otherwise (as usually in Sardinia, already because of the heat) a car/rental car is helpful. Marina is the nicest host you can think of. We will always remember the week and the meeting.

Relaxing stay with everything you need! Good basic amenities and nice that the resort still has a small shop!

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Great experience, modern apartment,nice and well cared for,in a great location. Then there is the pool, what to say......not from everyone,always clean and practically inside the house. You can easily reach the center on foot in a few minutes on foot. Mr. Ornella is always available as well as Mr. Vito . Recommended and repeatable experience.

We had a great stay at Giulia’s! She was very friendly and helpful. The place is super clean and a great location if you want to be close to the beaches, but a quieter location than right in Alghero. The sweets she provided are definitely noteworthy, we visited and bakery and highly recommend it as well 😊

The house looks even better in person than in the photos! It has a lovely backyard where you can hang towels to dry, and from the terrace, you get a partial view of the sea and the mountains—a really nice touch. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable. There are 2–3 beaches within walking distance, but it's even more convenient by car—only about a 5-minute drive. A special thanks to Anna Lisa for her warm hospitality, helpful tips, and kindness. She really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

The place exceeded our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect, and Linda was incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible. We couldn't have asked for a better host. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Great house and an even better location! We stayed with our 4 year old son and there’s loads of outdoor space for kids to run around and a large terrace which gets the morning sun. The beach is at the bottom of the communal garden and we loved taking a coffee down and having a morning swim before exploring the other stunning beaches in that are within a short drive. The house is simple but has everything you need and Gabriele kindly arranged for a welcome pack with breakfast and some other essentials which was brilliant becuase we arrived late in the evening and even at night the house was easy to find with the instructions we were given. San Teodoro is a fantastic little town with lots of great restaurants, gelaterias and shops and is walkable from the house, although I’d recommend a car if you have a small kids and no buggy. Overall we had a perfect stay and hope to return again next year - thanks Gabriele!

The host was very communicative and the place is in a good location. Everything was great, except the place had a damp, musty smell that we did not particularly enjoy.

The house is located in a quiet and strategic area, perfect for easily reaching the beautiful beaches of the surroundings. The rooms are spacious and well distributed, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay. However, there are some aspects that deserve more attention: some light bulbs were burnt out, the lawn hadn't been cut for a while, and the entrance was a bit neglected, with tall grass and the outside porch full of leaves. The front door also opened with difficulty, and on the lower floor there was no hot water to either the sink or the bidet. With a little more maintenance, these issues could be easily resolved, making the experience truly impeccable. Despite everything, we had a great time and the natural setting was well worth it. With a little more care, the property has really excellent potential. I'd love to go back!

The three of us spent 10 days in the very pleasant apartment. We were surprised upon arrival with chilled drinks and pastries🙏. We lacked nothing, the kitchen is very well equipped. Breakfast and dinner, quiet and relaxed on the ocean view terrace. Communication with Claudia perfect , helpful and very warm . Likeable and friendly neighbours. By car, we reached many possibilities for hiking, swimming, villages... even in front of the door, the coast invites you to hike along the sea. Communication with Maria was flawless. His employee Domenico was very helpful on site. The place was great. The description says there is only one outdoor shower available, but there is also a normal shower in the bathroom, which surprised us positively!
