The Little Farm House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. King size bed in master bedroom and garden tub in master bath. There is also a full bathroom just as you enter the the back door. There are no bathrooms upstairs however, there are two bedrooms and each bedroom has a queen size bed and two twins beds built in the wall. Beautiful scenery no matter what side of the house your on. Relax on the wrap around porch and enjoy the unforgettable sunsets and different types of wildlife.

The Charms River Side House.

This special and quiet place that is close to everything. Where you can sit on our deck to enjoy nature, beautiful river views, and to hear water flowing while barges pass by. There is a boating dock on property available not too far from sugar bay boating ramp. Feel free to enjoy our fire pit as well as fishing and swimming off our dock. It’s a kitchen/living room combo with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. It is relaxing place where you turn off your phones and just unwind.

It's a great in between location for The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Belterra and Rising Star Casino. Inside you'll notice the wood burning stove and the open floor plan. Once you walk inside you'll notice the open floor plan. Watch the deer, turkey and rabbits browsing in the field just before dusk. Take a stroll thru the many trails on the 30-acres. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and 1 futon in loft and 2 futons in living room.
