Modern, and well-equipped house with panoramic westerly sea view in a tranquil and green environment. Boat equipped for fishing is included for a minimum 5 nights stay, see photos for description. The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms(8 beds), and 2 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful sea view from all rooms, and 3 large terraces to enjoy sun and shade depending on time of the day. A cozy and nice apartment on the ground floor with its own patio. Fully-equipped kitchen, two comfortable beds and an extra bed (130 cm wide) on the sofa. Toilet with shower and washing machine as well as fridge and freezer allows you to stay a little longer with self-catering. Good WiFi and TV. Bikes for rent and electric car chargers are available. The house is located on the outskirts of a residential area in Nättraby, 10 km from Karlskrona. Swimming area 2 km, shop 1 km and nature nearby.

Das kleine Cottage (30 qm plus 10 qm) ist im August 2023 neu fertiggestellt worden und liegt ganz für sich alleine auf einer kleinen Farm mit Tieren Die Pferde & Schafe grasen teilweise direkt hinter dem Haus und man kann diese Idylle von der Terrasse und den Liegestühlen im Garten genießen. Die Tiere sind allesamt zahm und freuen sich betüddelt zu werden :-). Achtung: das Schlafloft erreicht man über eine Treppenleiter! Ein Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen & die schwedische Natur zu genießen

Högebo Lillstugan near the lake

You can rent the small house on our nearly two hundred years old farm and relax with all your family. You only have to cross the garden and walk down a slope to come to our little beach with its boathouse. From there you can paddle out on the lake in a canoe, go fishing, take a swim or just relax. We live with our dog and two Icelandic horses in the. middle of the woods where you can walk, cycle and collect mushrooms or blueberries. It is even possible to rent a flat in the main house.
