Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Galápagos Islands

Torre Mar is a great place to stay in Puerto Ayora. The unit was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. The hosts are very caring and responsive and want to ensure you have a good stay. Donna helped with our taxi arrangements upon arrival and also when we left. There are several units in Torre Mar. This one was on the fourth floor - I might have chosen one on a lower floor since we had to carry the stroller up and down stairs. Also the ocean view balcony is the photo with a small table and two chairs - we didn’t end up using it as it was too small for our group. The social terrace was on the same floor as this unit and worked well for us.

This was a fantastic location to stay. The entire hotel is a work of art, and the backstory of the owners makes it a really special part of local culture. Amenities were also nice, was able to get laundry done, taxis easily, and was a short walk (10 minutes) from the airport.

Maria Elena and Sean's place was fantastic. Close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. Especially enjoyed our coffee on the balcony watching the sealions and boats waking up. Really appreciate all of their helpful information and advice. A quick walk to Playa Mann for morning swims was just perfect. Again, the location is priceless. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you both!

We had a lovely time at Torre Mar. Donna was great at communicating everything we'd need to know before the trip, and helping coordinate taxis and laundry service for us during our stay. We found the apartment comfortable and spacious. The AC worked great, and it had the best WiFi connection that we had our entire week on both Santa Cruz and Isabela. I loved how convenient it was to walk to the downtown Puerto Aroya, literally a 5 minute walk to the pier. We had excellent meals in Puerto Aroya, including crepes, two good meals at the Santa Cruz Brewing company which has delicious beer, a delicious lunch at Hotel Solymar right on the water, where we could see blue footed boobies diving right below us, and a delicious dinner at Bahia Grill. I would love to stay here again someday!

We had such a great stay here. The morning breakfasts on the rooftop were scenic and delicious. We had AC, hot water, and an equipped kitchen for cooking at home. Our beds were always made and the place was always clean by the time we’d come back in the evening. The place was big and spacious and I really enjoyed being on the edge of Puerto Ayora. It was only ~25 minute walk to the pier, which I really enjoyed! I’m so glad we decided to stay here.

Great place to stay, a bit far from the central part but a taxi cost only 1,5$ so not a big deal. The host is super helpful and friendly. Definitely good value for money! Thank you!!!!

Yogo was very helpful in answering whatever questions we had for him. When our reservation got changed from the main house to a guest cottage., we were compensated by having a free breakfast every day which we appreciated. In spite of the downscale of our accommodation, we did not feel the integrity of the place was any less than what we had hoped for. Everything was spotless, and the location was ideal for our needs because it was close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.

This apartment is as described. Easily walkable distance from downtown Puerto Ayora and many of its sites. Easy access to markets, bakery and local restaurants. The apartment was very clean, and as an added bonus, was tidied every day while we were out (beds made, towels replaced, dishes washed, trash emptied, etc.). Beds were comfortable, and there was always a generous supply of shower and beach towels. We did not cook, but it appeared to have what was needed should you decide to eat at home. Donna was extremely helpful, both before and during our stay. She organized our excursions to other islands (they were excellent - take her advice) and provided a suggested agenda for our time on Santa Cruz, arranged for a driver to meet us at the Baltra airport to guide us through the bus/ferry process and drive us to the apartment, and personally toured us through the highlands. She is a warm and welcoming host, who wants to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We truly appreciated and enjoyed having her as our host.

Great place for a family it could be bigger, however everything was as described and the price should be lower as not close to main areas as walking can take a good 15mins or more depends on people really. beds and furniture very good and comfortable as well as tv with smart functions.

This was the perfect place to stay on Santa Cruz Island. Very close to so many wonderful restaurants, shops, and attractions. Also, just a few minutes walk to the water. We walked everywhere! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The host (and family) were all very friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this place!

Vi havde et dejligt ophold! Dejlig balkon med lidt udsigt til vand i private omgivelser. God service, både ift hjælp til taxa om morgenen, tilbyder hjælp til vasketøj mod betaling, også meget værdsat, der er gratis kaffe, te, koldt og varmt vand. Der er også en stor dunk vand på værelset og strand håndklæder til stranden foruden de god klæder der er til lejligheden. God til at give info om byen og hvad man burde se. Boligen manglede lige det sidste ift rengøring af de forrige gæster, men ikke noget som forværrede vores ophold! Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette sted til alle.

Due to illness, we ended up needing to stay a few extra days. Rocio and her husband did everything she could to make our stay comfortable and to find us extra rooms.

Our family had a wonderful time here. Everything went perfectly smooth. The place was immaculately cleaned upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the ten days we spent here. Nancy was always very quick to assist when needed. I would definitely recommend Nancy’s place! Gracias!

Hi Karla. Thank you for the nice. I enjoyed my time at the Carliza II. I had trouble getting ahold of you at check in as my Claro SIM card had timed out. Luckily there was a place to phone from at the corner of Roberto Schiess and Duncan and someone was there within 5 minutes to get me in the building. I will recommend your place in the future as the location is close to the bus and far enough away from the bustle of Baltra Ave.

Fue una estadía estupenda, las fotos coincidieron con el hospedaje, tuvimos todo lo necesario en la cocina y en la habitación, el único detalle, es que en la descripción decían que se incluía el lavado de ropa, pero ya en la estancia, la señora que nos ayudaba dijo que no prestaban ese servicio aunque que estaba en la descripción del airbnb, pese a eso había una lavandería muy cercana, y no fue mayor problema. Volveríamos de nuevo.

Everything with my stay was great! The apartment looks brand new and is very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and the water in the shower is not freezing cold like other places which is nice. The checkout is very early at 9am but if there's no bookings Narcisa did offer for a later checkout.
