Come and enjoy the tranquility of the house while being in the heart of a very touristy area. Renovated 1980s house with 3 bedrooms, shower room, separate equipped kitchen, living room and living room. The living area is on the first floor. Very nice covered terrace with garden furniture. You can also walk to Argentat, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, Bretenoux, Martel, Saint-Céré, as well as Rocamadour or Padirac, and still admire the castles of Castelnau-Prudommat, Montal or Saint-Laurent-les-Tours. Hervé's house is located in a place called a few kilometers from the village. It's a very quiet place with a beautiful view. The house is spacious and well-equipped (mosquito nets, games, large storage...). The downstairs rooms should be cool in summer. We were not able to fully enjoy the swimming spa because it was still a little cool, but in summer it must be a plus. Rocamadour is 25 km away, the cave of Presque 10 km away. The castle of Montal is nearby as well as the Autoire waterfall.

We have just got back from a lovely family holiday (4 Adults and 5 teenagers) in this spacious house in the beautiful Gagnac-sur-Cère region in the Dordogne. The house had plenty of space for us all to enjoy. The pool table and darts in the games room, swimming pool and good selection of board games were a great bonus when the weather was hot . Melody gave great recommendations about what was going on in the local area, the evening we arrived a "soirée festive" was happening in the village, she also told us about night markets with entertainment, and where to swim & paddleboard in beautiful lakes and rivers, canoeing and caving trips. I would recommend insect repellent for any evening activities in the summer. Thank you Melody and Brett (The Pool guy)

Peaceful 3-bedroom home with patio and river view

Great place, spacious and very clean. Everything is as described. The large patio in the back allows you to enjoy outside. A small terrace in front also allows you to have breakfast facing the Cère. The house is on several floors, there are some stairs. And the road in front can be a little busy at certain times but overall it remains quiet and relaxing because we are in the countryside. The noise of the constant water, the river, cradles the nights. This is a great place, and there are plenty of things to do in the area, especially with the kids. In the village, within walking distance via the Cère, there are recent games for children.

Small, quiet accommodation in the middle of nature. But not isolated for the fearful. Very pleasant setting. Remi gave us good advice for the restaurant. Be careful when accessing with lowered cars. For access, when remi specifies to continue at the level of the mailbox. Well, that means go up the path of this mailbox and pass just behind the agricultural hangar. Everything was great.
