Here you can visit parks (Lourosa Zoo, Quinta de Santo Inácio, ...), beautiful landscapes (beaches, Serra da Freita, ...), the art and culture of Oporto, the castle and the city of Santa Maria da Feira , The beaches of Espinho and the city of São João da Madeira, and good restaurants and meals. My space suits couples, individual adventures, business travelers and families (with children).

Estamos perto da Avenida principal da cidade de Aveiro, a 1400 metros da zona turística/centro histórico e a 600 metros dos Passadiços de Aveiro. A estação de comboios de Aveiro encontra-se a cerca de 800 metros. É uma zona calma, tranquila, segura e pouco urbanizada. Ideal para quem quer conhecer a cidade e ao mesmo tempo descansar. Home sweet Home!

The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.
