Die helle und sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoß einer Villa. Über ein eigenes Stiegenhaus erreichbar stehen ein Vorzimmer mit Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer ( Esstisch, Eckcouch und TV), drei getrennte Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette, alles auf einer Ebene, zu Verfügung. In dem 2000 m² großen und rundherum eingezäunten Garten gibt es viele gemütliche Plätze zum Entspannen. Von Mai bis Oktober kann man den Pool benützen,der durch Solarkollektoren erwärmt wird.

Wunderschönes, sonniges Appartement in Purkersdorf am Stadtrand von Wien. Absolute Ruhelage direkt am Wald lädt zum Entspannen ein. Grüne Idylle und doch nah zur Stadt. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Schnellzug erreicht man den Wien Westbahnhof in 15 Minuten. Perfekt eignet sich das Appartement für Autoreisende, da es direkt vor dem Haus einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt. Den nächstgelegenen Bahnhof erreichst du zu Fuß, dem Bus oder dem Auto. Wohnbereich: Wohnzimmer (42 qm) mit anschließender Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern (je 14 qm), Bad, WC und Vorzimmer. Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch für 4 bis 6 Personen und Schlafcouch (150 cm). Vom Wohnzimmer direkter Zugang auf die Terrasse (20 qm) mit großzügiger Sitzgarnitur. Bus nach Wien (Stadtgrenze 3 km/Zentrum 20) fährt alle halben Stunden. Zwei Supermärkte vor Ort. Cosy winter garden, charming Biedermeier-room with kingsize bed, single bed and seating group. Bedroom (two doors) with double bed and bunk bed. Convenient kitchen with sofa, dining place, dishwasher, oven inclusive microwave. Bathroom includes toilet and shower.

Es liegt idyllisches eingebettet in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe dem Wienerwald und ist bequem erreichbar mit der Buslinie 52A, die im Viertelstundentakt von Wien Hütteldorf (U4, Schnellbahn, ÖBB) fährt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.

The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Auch wenn es kleine Unklarheiten gab, hat die Gastgeberin so schnell wie möglich auf jeder meiner Antworten, geantwortet. Sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt, sehr schön die Wohnung und die Gegend und auch sehr sauber. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Petra was a great host and was always a phone call away for our needs. The house is quite big for a family of 5. It is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and not too far from Vienna. The public transportation options were just a short drive away. The house also had quite a few toys for the kid to play with. There was a big garden as well in case someone prefers outdoor setting. Overall, it had the necessary amenities and the state was fairly clean. The washrooms were newly renovated and had the basic toiletries. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking meals. However, we wish to point out that there are stairs within the house, so this is something to keep in mind if you have elderly in your group. Otherwise it’s a great option for people to have a base in close proximity to Vienna.

New modern Home at Viennas Woods

Catharina’s house is one of the most lovely places we’ve ever stayed! The moment we opened the door, we were amazed and felt right at home. It looked even better than the photos! The house is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood, with wonderful views of the mountains. A large supermarket is conveniently located less than minutes away by car. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basics for cooking, which was very helpful. The smart lighting system took a bit of time to get used to, but all was fine. Catharina was very kind and responsive if there were any questions :) Hope to return one day to enjoy another stay here!

A truly beautiful place to stay. The decor and finishing touches are tasteful, modern, and wonderfully comforting. The pool and garden were immaculate, and the pool itself was such a refreshing treat after a day spent exploring Vienna. The location is ideal — close enough for a quick trip into the city, yet peacefully tucked away in serene forest surroundings that make it easy to relax and unwind. We genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay feel all the more welcoming and special.
