We have rarely lived in an apartment with so much flair. The reception was very warm and we were well instructed. The reserved parking space is right in front of the door and you have really short distances. A great solution has been created for the storage of our e-bikes and our bicycle carrier. The apartment's furnishings impress with their style, craftsmanship, and high level of service. The apartment was sparkling clean! The beds are a dream and the word "SchlafensWERT" in the living room is definitely correct. Even when the workshop was in operation during the week, we never found it loud or unpleasant. On the contrary, the pleasant scent of freshly cut pine wood gives the apartment a special flair. We can definitely recommend Annegret and Armin's apartment. This is a great place to live and relax.

Everything went perfectly. Beautiful apartment in a quiet location suitable for a walk along the Lech River. Parking right next to the house. New and nice furniture and a comfortable bed and couch. I give 10 out of 10 :) Thank you :)

We stayed at René's place for an extended weekend. It is conveniently located in a suburb of Augsburg, public transport is within easy reach. If you come by car, you should accept the offer and book the underground parking, parking outside is rather scarce. René welcomed us himself on the day of arrival, showed us around and even helped us carry it. Everything worked out great, thank you! Regarding the accommodation itself: the accommodation offers enough space, we felt comfortable here. In the summer it can probably get very hot here, with us it went quite well. Only the balcony is currently a shortcoming, as it could only be used to a limited extent due to the privacy screen and missing or adjusted outdoor furniture.

Excellent apartment! I stayed there for 3 months and I can say: it's perfect! Exactly as in the pictures. High quality furniture and utensils. The apartment is a very good size. It is in a quiet area and at the same time close to the center. Accessible public transportation. The owner and her son always helped when asked. I can only thank you and I will certainly stay there again when I return to Augsburg.
