The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

The house is in a village near Porec (4 km). The village is quiet and the house is remote from noice and crowd. The village is near the main intersection (5 km), which connects all the major centers in Istria (Rovinj, Pula, Rabac, Umag, Novigrad). You can not walk to the beach and sea but by car is 7 minuts away. The yard is large and fenced and with lot of plants and is ideal for families with small children. The supermarkets (Koufland, Lidl etc.) are 2 km away.

Danijela and her son are extremely kind and helpful. As I don’t have a car, they drove me on two mornings to town centre. The cottage is cosy , homely and personal with a lovely garden. I slept very well because of the fresh air and tranquility.

We are in love with Istria and are often here. Branko's house is completely what we need: from all the necessary amenities both in the house and in the courtyard (swimming pool, barbecue, bicycles and a reliable fence around the perimeter) and enough space to the special coziness and atmosphere created by the host's hands through the restoration of an autochthonous house and many details and rare things (printed and sewing machine, strange utensils, but especially the library). We were here for a month and had little time, we felt at home. I will also note the location. Very quiet, safe and cozy village of Fushkulin, friendly neighbors, the baker brings fresh pastries every morning around 8 am, except for Sunday, but most importantly - the magnificent nature around - endless fields, forests, vineyards and olive trees. This was probably the best place to walk the dogs we have ever stayed in. Quiet, clean air, rich flora,fauna, comfortable house with soul and history is my absolute recommendation

Hats off to Emir for this place and the way he manages that. We had a lovely stay in Relax Apartment (which by the way is so relaxing for real!) New, clean, easy-to-find, matching to decription. All in all, my message to the readers being: go to Relax Apartment in Starići at least once in your life and discover the wonderful Istria coast!

We had a really nice stay at Nataša's and Sonja's home. It was very easy to find, convenient to the center of town, and the accommodation had everything we needed.
