It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Garden & terrace apartment can accommodate up to 10 people. In the loft of the garden apartment, people cook, eat and relax together. The terrace apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 green sofa bed in the living room and in the gable room. The table can be set on the terrace in summer. The garden apartment has 2 adjoining bedrooms. Therefore, guests of bedroom 2 must go through bedroom 1 (ATTENTION! Walk through the room!!!) to get to the large living area and bathroom.

Maisonette apartment with a hot tub

Newly renovated duplex apartment with up to 8 beds at the end of 2023. The high-quality amenities include a complete kitchen, TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime and in the living room also a Playstation 4 with games. On the private terrace you will find sun loungers, hammock, dining area and a hot tub. In addition, you have access to shared amenities with other guests in our house: small gym, sauna, hot tub and garden.

This spacious and light-filled family flat is modernly furnished and located in Weissensee in a very attractive residential area. It is the Weissenseer spite. Walking distance to the m12 and m2 trams plus multiple buses. Lidl is at the end of the street. There is a restaurant next door plus two others at the end of the street. INFO: This is a family home so they are personal belongings in the flat.
