The host is very friendly and friendly.On the first morning of our arrival, because the luggage was not small, it was inconvenient to carry it to the scheduled trip. After asking the host, the host was willing to let us check in early and place the luggage, which was a great help to us. Next time if there is a group trip with friends, I will refer to and choose this room again!

It was close to Skytree and in a great location with many restaurants around. The room was clean, and the host responded to messages immediately, which was great! I want to use it again!

It’s a bit small but if you just need a crash pad, it’s more than worth the value. Has its own washer and balcony. The room is also super clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is nice, although quite far from central Tokyo (but super close to the train station so it’s all good).

If you are going to choose here, you are very right. It is near the train station and near shopping areas, Donki, shopping areas, 7-11, many restaurants. walking route from the train station to your home is not scary, not dangerous, and is in a quiet area, not noisy. But if you like bars or pubs, there are plenty of them in this area as well. The homeowner will give you advice and take good care of you.

This was my mom's first time visiting Japan, and she enjoyed every second! Would absolutely book with Sylvia again!

Where do I even start! Eri is one of the sweetest and most attentive hosts I have had the pleasure to encounter. She personally helped us check in and ensured we made it in the B&B with no issues. Inside was spotless and she even provided binders full of recommendations in the area as well as prepared a small Japanese snack for our arrival which I really appreciated. There’s a 7/eleven, Don Quijote, pharmacies and a station a few minutes away. It’s not often you come across such a kind and proactive host with an accommodation that matches the description, so I say look no further and reserve this place!

I just had a brief stay at Shiho's Condominium for the week while I visited Star Wars Celebration. The place was easy to find, and near a few conbini which was very helpful. Even though my plane arrived very late in the evening, Shiho and staff were accommodating and I was able to check in without hassle. The Staff even provided a shuttle to and from the venue which was excellent. The recommendations on local restaurants was excellent as well and I was able to have a couple of grate local meals. There were fresh towels in the unit for washing and plenty of space to relax after a long day at the venue, or a long day of walking around Akihabara. Thought it isn't near the train, it is in walking distance of the bus which then leads to the train for travel. There also was a nice park nearby for visiting.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Had an excellent week long stay here. Mitsuru-San, the host, communicated very well and made sure I had everything I needed. The area itself is quiet, close to the station, and near some nice restaurants. Recommend for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay

We loved staying at Shimbashi West Section L! Concierge was extremely warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out was extremely smooth and easy. We loved the entire vibe of this place! The lounge was comfortable and had a tea, coffee and soft drink station with some snacks that you could help yourselves with. We arrived Wed and they have happy hour where they featured a few drinks for self serve. The overall room was thoughtfully designed and had storage under the bed. There's a bench, table and chair for you to sit and have meals. The room was furnished with appliances and their app had instructions. There were 2 ac units. The water pressure was great. The toilet & shower was a bit larger and there was counter space for stuff. In the halls, we could hear families with kids - the rooms were soundproof very well. We tried the sauna which was a great way to wind down and relax. I'd highly recommend staying here, it's clean, thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home!

I liked the place, can recommend to others as well. Very near to the station. Clean room and good utensils available, especially useful when you are with family. Cindy is very responsive. Comfortable bed(s) to sleep.

Yumi’s place was wonderful and helped make our trip amazing. She had detailed instructions on how to use everything in the home, nearby places to visit, and answered all our questions along the way. Definitely would recommend anyone to book with Yumi!

Loved our stay! The apartment itself felt bigger compared to other apartments we have stayed during our time in Japan, and I really appreciated the preservation in Japanese culture within the apartment itself (with things like decoration, furniture, etc.). Very comfortable futons, a nice bathroom setup, and the kitchen was spacious. Never have felt more welcome!! Thank you to Mizuki for letting us have such a wonderful stay <3

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

If you’re looking for a quiet place in Shinjuku to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, this is your spot! My husband and I enjoyed the proximity of Shunki’s place to the Shin-Okubo station but also appreciated the tucked away feeling after a long day of walking through Tokyo. As are most rooms in Tokyo proper, it is small, but it worked for the two of us. We were able to navigate the space and still feel comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was exactly as described and felt well-equipped — having a washing machine was especially convenient. The location was a comfortable walking distance to the metro, making it easy to get around. I appreciated the dedicated workspace, and the internet was generally strong enough for video calls, with only occasional minor lag that didn’t impact my remote work. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighbors talking or using water, but it didn’t bother me personally. The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience!

For Tokyo, with this price, it's really a bang for your buck! Ventilation and window wasn't that great, but the place is spacious and comfortable. It got everything you need. What I like is the shared room where you can cook, wash or even talk with other guests. The access is 24/7 using lock pin. Min also provides a personal coffee set for his guests to brew coffee, mmm.. nice!! Just beware that the toilet doesn't have bidet. Overall it was a nice experience! The location also walkable to metro and bus. Min is also very supportive host! He replied blazingly fast in case of problem! During check-in, Min waited in front of the place to guide us. He also offers free drink in his coffee shop, sadly we missed it because of our busy schedule :( I would definitely come again if I visit Asakusa in the future.
