Beautiful cottage and we had a fantastic time here. Poppy Cottage is extremely comfortable. We all slept great. Spacious kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. A really great property. Thank you for a great stay 😊

Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

This was a lovely spacious house with lots of rooms to spread out socially. The pool was the most amazing feature. The host met us at the property to show us how the pool worked and to give us the lockbox code. They were friendly. They let us know we could message them if we needed anything, then they left us to our own privacy. You might need to bring a spare towel so you have one for the pool and one for the shower. Tea and coffee were provided but you need to make sure you have some milk with you. There was toilet roll, And kitchen roll. Washing up liquid. You might want to bring a box of tissues for General use and some multipurpose cleaning wet wipes. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely be returning.

Michelle was an excellent host. The caravan was exactly as depicted in the photographs—immaculately presented, comfortable, and well-maintained. The instructions provided were clear and comprehensive, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience throughout our stay. The location was superb, offering stunning sea views that greatly enhanced our visit. We were especially grateful for the welcome treats, which were thoroughly enjoyed by the children. I would definitely recommend Michelle’s caravan and would happily rebook if we visit Lancashire again.

Absolutely beautiful, stylish caravan. Felt like a luxury hotel. Quiet spot, direct and easy location. The hosts were absolutely marvellous and have provided a clean and enjoyable space. Very quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout. A hidden gem both the owners and there beautiful accommodation.

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

We had a fantastic stay , the barn was beautiful ,mike was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters was very happy to see the baby chicks hatching and the lovely fresh eggs went down well for breakfast , we didn't use the pool has the girl's was bad and and it would be nice if it was in with the price , £40 a day is a bit much if ur there for a few days and only using it for about an hour or so a day . A fantastic place well worth a visit

I'd stay at Jackie's place again whenever I next visit no question. Good price, and the place is exactly as she's described. And whenever I messaged her she always responded back to me within 30mins at most which is excellent

Coral’s place was lovely, we booked it as we had a wedding at nearby Beeston manor and it was perfect for what we needed. The tea/coffee/milk on arrival was ideal as we arrived late. The beds were super comfy, lots of hot water and the whole house was spotlessly clean. We really liked the pool table too, overall the perfect home from home.

We were a group of eight adults staying for 3 nights in May. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. great location for a few minutes drive into Lytham with many shops and restaurants. The dining table has only 6 chairs so we had to use a couple of stools. More seating is needed please. We would definitely stay again.

Exactly what you would expect from a cottage in the centre of Chipping - on the other hand modern bathroom and kitchen and everything nicely decorated.

We had a great time at Ashley and Donna's place. It's in a small town with lots of pubs and restaurants. We had a few logistics challenges, however Sainsbury's was right at the doorstep. Donna and Ashley were very responsive, however it would be great if there's a guide with clear instructions after checking in. Would highly recommend this.

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

Amy managed to accommodate our booking at short notice. Beautiful house great location all amenity’s within in a short walk. We stay in lots of air bnbs weekly and this one is worth a booking.

Nathalie was incredibly responsive and accommodating to us during our stay. The space was fantastic and the surrounding area is both visually stunning and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was great from the start, and the home itself is absolutely beautiful, cosy, warm, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent too. Sarah, her husband, and Joey were so lovely and welcoming, and their gorgeous dog made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this stay, would love to come back!

My employees stayed at the property as a home away from home for a work trip. They have stayed in several of Jacqui's properties and as always this one did not disappoint. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The cottage is spotlessly clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The decor is stylish and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Everything was exactly as described- if not better! We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable or charming place to stay. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return!

Well, what can we say? We have simply had the most amazing stay for the past 5 nights at Victorias place. We really didn’t want to leave. If you enjoy long walks (from the doorstep), stunning scenery, peace and tranquility, then this is the place for you. Victoria and Ian are superb friendly hosts, and full of useful local information. The bonus to the stay was meeting Freddie💙 Our pooch Alfie loved him and it was a sheer joy watching them play rough and tumble together. The accomodation is first class too, lovely and airy with each window having a fabulous view. We will most certainly be returning. Great place to stay for a couple of weeks for work, very homely and had all I needed. I particularly loved the luxurious big bath and the patio garden is very nice too.

Our stay at Katie's was fabulous! The home was adorable and perfectly located, with large windows that filled the space with bright light and charming furnishings. The garden was lovely, and the location was ideal for walks in Whalley, Painter Wood, and the wider Ribble Valley. Katie was an excellent communicator, providing detailed information on local amenities, entertainment, and clear house rules. She was friendly and prompt in her responses. Highly recommended!

Pauline's home is set in a private lane with gorgeous houses up it, her home looks over paddocks and in the distance hills. Her home is pristine with everything needed, very comfortable and warm. I would highly recommend Pauline's home for your stay in Yorkshire.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a perfect break. The house is beautiful with attention to every detail. It is pristine and spotless. It is 10 minute walk to the pub and lovely little village, and a short drive to the seaside. We would definitely come back and wish we could have stayed longer.

Cute little place right next to the National Trust Hardcastle crags great walks. Lovely kitchen everything you need, nice treats, fresh milk, fresh eggs, chocolates, marmalade, bread, bottle of fizz. Lovely games in the Chest if drawers for the whole family. Well equipped Kitchen with everything you need love the orange vibe going to use a bit of that inspiration in my new kitchen!
