Sherman was a very responsive & friendly host, my partner & I had a wonderful stay at Sherman's lovely Carson Gem! The Airbnb had everything we needed: AC, washer + dryer, kitchen, fridge, and bathroom/shower. The bed mattress was quite soft that one would easily sink into. The place was kept quite clean & tidy, check-in/check-out was easy, and things were conveniently accessible. At one point, the lock batteries needed to be replaced. I had messaged Sherman about it and he immediately came to the rescue to insert new ones. It was certainly a pleasure to stay at Sherman's unit, we would definitely come back if available :)

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The large space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had a great night's sleep. Parking was a breeze, with enough space for two cars without any extra fees, which was a huge plus. One of the standout features for us was that they allowed my small Pomeranian to stay without any additional charge. It made our trip much more enjoyable to have our furry friend with us. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious and pet-friendly accommodation!

Dan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of the city. I didn’t feel like a tourist in a hotel I felt like a resident in an apartment. It was very clean and also had a great view. Dan was very responsive and gave us suggestions on where to park. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

As a solo female traveler felt very safe at Tyler's place. Great communication, location and amenities. I didn't have a car and getting around was easy and walkable or, catching the bus right in front to and from the airport or anywhere was easy. Wished I could of stayed longer.

Ashlon was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Her place was very clean and comfy. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Incredible location right in the middle of everything you need but extremely tranquil setting. What sets this airbnb apart from many others is the extremely kind and accommodating hosts who were readily available when we had questions or any concerns. Highly recommend with no reservations.

If I could give them all the stars I would, nor would these words mean as much as what these hosts were able to do for us , Thank you so much to Dan and Angie for accommodating my family in a very stressful time. They welcome my family and dogs with open arms , was completely understanding of our situation. They have a beautiful home and big open yard. Plentiful of fruit trees. Me and my baby ate some of the guavas and oranges. I love the artistic approach to their home. Dan was super quick & communicative from the get go. Helped out whenever we needed. They really eased our minds and were sad when it was time to go. True definition of hosts. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Stayed in one of Jose’s properties for a weekend. Listing was just as described. Jose was VERRRYYY communicative and responsive. Also as accommodating as he could be.The house itself was on a busy street however, you access it from the back and once on the property, it felt safe. The inside of the house was cozy and perfect for my group of 6. Getting inside the driveway was a bit challenging with a big SUV because neighbors would park in the alley, allowing minimal space for us to get into the parking but we managed to squeeze our way in. I also saw in previous reviews about neighbors playing loud music. We didn’t experience this until our last day, and yes the music was LOUD. However, another neighbor talked to them and they turned it down. Turns out they were rehearsing for a quincenera. My fave part about the stay was the MINIMAL check out list. Usually i feel like there’s a long list of chores before checking out of an airbnb and this was E-Z peezy! Thanks Jose!!

The house was exactly as described in the description! The house was very clean and the neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Paul also provided clear instructions on how to check in and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely book again!

Christine's airbnb is perfect for a family getaway to the LA area! It's ten minutes from Disneyland, and about 20-30 minutes from beaches and other activities. The house is spacious and had all we needed to feel comfortable and at home for our two-week visit. The garden is lovely for some outdoor time too. Christine was very communicative and friendly. We would love to come back, and highly recommend for any other families as well.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was my first time in California and I felt the location was ideal for restaurants, beaching, and most importantly- relaxing. Condo was beautiful, clean, and worth every penny. Jay communicated clear instructions of how to get into the condo. It felt safer with there being a gate and security. We really loved being able to take our pets and the condos having places to take them out was super convenient. The condo amenities were such a plus. Overall, I recommend staying here and enjoyed our time tremendously.

Great location - we wanted to stay near our son. Walked every morning to get great cup of coffee. Super workout facility. Covered parking spot ✅ also was able to get some laundry done in the middle of our long trip. Would stay again!

Can’t beat the price for what you get!!! Host was extremely accommodating allowing for an earlier check in time, extra towels, and being open to more guests. Clear instructions were given the day before our check in and everything was easy to find and to check in. Super fast response times and always super friendly!! Condo was exactly as pictured! The pull out couch wasn’t available but the air mattress was very comfortable!! Clean sheets and bathrooms! Kitchen was very nice as well!! The rooftop patio was amazing with a great view of the city line and the hollywood sign. The location was near lots of attractions (10-20min drive) such as the hollywood hike entrance, griffith park/observatory, Universal Studios, and the hollywood walk of fame. The drive to Santa Monica pier was ~45-55min with traffic. Small downfall is the door does not have a deadbolt lock - it only has the code lock to lock the door, but I would 100% come back and stay here again because it still felt very safe!! :)

Tina’s place is amazing and super clean!! She was super quick to respond and made our stay awesome! Soo much in walking distance! I would very much recommend to stay here at Tinas!!
