Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fuji Five Lakes

The host, Kim, was very kind and welcomed us with our baby.The inn was clean in every corner, and outside the large windows there was a beautifully arranged garden, and I was very satisfied to see Mt. Fuji from the inn.The facilities, including the sauna, were well-equipped, and I had an experience that exceeded my expectations.

I participated in a road bike race at Fuji Hill and stayed overnight.Both the room and the bath were very clean and comfortable, and Motoi's service was very polite, and I had a comfortable stay.I would love to stay again next year. It is about 20 minutes by car to Fujiyoshida City, so it is a recommended accommodation for those sightseeing at Mt. Fuji.Thank you for providing a nice room. We had a lovely stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-located. The host provided all the necessary information in advance and check-in and check-out were easy. Both bedrooms were large and had air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable just like being at home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the living room, where Netflix was available, and there were plenty of booklets with helpful information about Mt. Fuji trips. There were even origami papers and Jenga for some extra fun! The kitchen was roomy and well-equipped for cooking, and the bathroom was perfect for refreshing after a long day of walking. Highly recommended!

This location was the highlight of the holiday, we travelled all across Japan from Sendai to Nagasaki, but not a single place could compare to this. The accommodation, top tier premium The views, incomparable to anything else The host stole the show, not only were they attentive to our needs they were flexible! Not only that, due to us lacking our own car, and the nearest restaurant convenience store being a 30 minute walk away (1 hour round trip) They offered to hand deliver a menu and to us and then collect our order for us, it was above and beyond the service of even a 5 star hotel at a fraction of the price. I cannot recommend this place enough and I even go as far as making sure my friends incorporate a stay here into their trips. it's the ultimate location to relax, reset and unwind if you've been travelling Japan or moving through the golden route of bustling cities. I plan to return every time I visit Japan just for the sheer quality! Thank you so much!

This was an excellent stay and a great retreat away from urban life. The Airbnb was very clean, spacious and provided many amenities. The beds were like clouds and the views from the bedroom were like looking at a landscape painting of Mt. Fuji. The location was quite convenient! The street to the Airbnb is right off the main road that circles round the lake. At the entrance to the street is the bus stop for the Fujikyu loop bus. Across the street is a pedestrian access to the lake and where the swans frequent. Many tourists stop by there to take photos of the beautiful scenery and swans. The Airbnb is secluded away from this busy lake road, so it was still a very peaceful and tranquil stay. The host was incredibly hospitable, had great communication and was very friendly and fun to talk. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Huge airbnb that we weren’t even able to use all the rooms for just two people! Located on a main street so it may be a little loud at night with trucks and cars passing by. The room upstairs gets cold at night so definitely dress warm. We didn’t know that this airbnb was located next to a cemetery so it really is personal preference if you decide to book this place. Pros: The good thing about this place is that it’s very spacious and offered full kitchen and bath with laundry! Also it was a convenient location to Mt Fuji activities.

Mieko and Hara are extremely friendly. They went extra mile to get public transport info for me and provided extensive resource in terms of restaurants, places and museums to visit. Besides, the house's quite spacious and kids really enjoyed running in the living room and the yard when returned from whole day trip. Highly recommend Cozy Retreat if you and for sure will revisit in the future!

The Airbnb ist very close to Mount Fuji. We had a wonderful view to the Mountain. This flat was bigger than expected and the host responded very swift. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay right next to the train station. Beautiful views of Fuji right out the window. Many shops, cafes, restaurants, and points of interest within a few minutes walk. Stayed for two nights with my family and we had no issues at all. Don’t miss the Forest Music Museum!

Extremely efficient and comfortable accommodation to enjoy a wonderful area. With short trips you can reach all the points of interest and after a long day it will be comfortable to return to this location.

We had a great time here. The apartment is small but has extra table and chair, so we lived comfortably here for 2 weeks. The free bicycles were game changing and allowed us to enjoy the city and the surroundings freely, we really loved to explore Numazu by bike. If we go back to Numazu, we would love to stay here again.

Host was so kind, the spot incredibly cozy and very close to a lot of good restaurants, bars, and public transport. Great home base, wish we could have stayed longer.

Yoshi's place is cozy and comfort. He provided complete amenities. The apartment is clean and tidy. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use. Easy check-in and out. During the night time, the surrounding is so peaceful, we got great rest and sleep during our stays. Definitely will book again if we are going to Fujisan in future. Oh, If you are staying at Yoshi's place, I would recommend an Izakaya named "揺蕩〜yurari〜" with 4 minutes walking distance. The lady boss and staffs of the Izakaya are friendly.

Some people run their Airbnb just as a business, but it's clear that Yudike and Asami have a genuine passion for hospitality and meeting new people. One glance at the adorable guestbook lets you know the level of care and consideration that they put into every aspect of their property. We stayed as a family with one child, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Odawara is a wonderful, vibrant, and entirely friendly city that is bound to blow up in tourism over the next few years. Everything is four minutes away -- the station, Don Quijote, Daiso, dinner options, family breakfast chains, a bus to Yunessun. I will definitely be back, and hopefully able to stay at this exact same spot.

My stay was very nice and cozy though the condo building felt quiet. Rei has great taste in design and furnishing to make her guests feel at home. Recommend to drive here so that you could explore around freely.

Stayed for three days and it was tiring to climb. Overall was good!

Yoko’s place is great for couples and small families. We brought our dog and he loves the place too. Her place is convenient placed near some famous Hakone spots, making it easy to navigate around town.

Easily one of the best places I've stayed at in Japan. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and the condo that we stayed in was so unnecessarily spacious it felt like luxury.
