The place was great. There were four of us there and we were very comfortable. The landlady is always easy to reach and super friendly. We would definitely go there again. The plus point is definitely the nearby bathing lake.☺️

I spent almost two weeks in Cologne on a visit to the University, I stayed in Claudi's apartment and everything was perfect: the environment is beautiful and very quiet, there is almost no noise, she is a very kind and generous host. Definitely an excellent place to stay in Cologne, well connected, with good services and, above all, an excellent host and a perfect space.

Really nice and quiet apartment with nice balcony. Everything available and very clean. Tristan welcomed me very kindly and there was even a little surprise in the refrigerator. There are nice cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Absolutely recommended.

We were there for the second time and felt very comfortable again. The apartment is an ideal starting point for us to visit Cologne and the surrounding area.

Great location, we were at Cologne Central Station in about 15 minutes. The check-in went smoothly (also through the electronic lock). Quiet residential area without traffic noise. The beds were okay, but that's very subjective. We felt comfortable. A little tip: a sieve for draining pasta and cereal bowls would be great! :-)

It was great for us to stay in a nice and relaxing house. Will come back again!

My partner and I had a great time and michael is a very kind and helpful person, the house is very nice and in a quiet area but with all the comforts and everything you need.

The stay at Sigrid's place was great. The environment is quiet, peaceful and transport is close. Other amenities (coffee, convenience stores) are also not far away. Sigrid was proactive during our exchanges, and the accommodation is welcoming, cozy and comfortable. I won't hesitate to go back if I go to Cologne again!

Clemens is a very friendly host and the apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. The location of the apartment is quiet and yet everything can be reached quickly by train (5-minute walk to the nearest stop). We felt very comfortable, happy to come back!

Great accommodation. We felt comfortable right away. There is a lot of attention to detail here and as soon as you enter the apartment, you enter the relaxation mode. Everything you need is available and the contact with Christina and Christian was great. We will be happy to come back. :)

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat
