Coziest apartment in Los Bolishes? This beautiful little penthouse of 40 sqm has a fantastic roof terrace with a glimpse of the sea and one of the best locations in Fuengirola! The apartment is at the top of the house with a lift. The private roof terrace is perfect, about 25 square meters with sun all day and evening. The apartment is located just by the beach and all restaurants. Out of respect for my lovely neighbours this is not an apartment for parties, it´s for peace and tranquility.

The lovely flat with 2 rooms, kitchen & bath (douche/bidet) has a nice balcony and seaview (first row to beach). Bedroom and livingroom has Aircondition. It has a seperate sleeping-room with kingsizebed (1,80m) and a second sofabed at living-room. The sofabed can be easily turned into a doublebed (1,50m). The appartment ist perfect for 2 people, a third person is possible sleeping in the livingrooom (sofabed).

Cristina is a very helpful and grateful person. Upon arrival at the apartment he had prepared breakfast (various juices, milk, coffee, pastry, etc.) for all the days that our stay lasted. We also didn't miss towels or gel/shampoo for the shower. Upon arrival, it seems that the fridge had a problem, but we immediately called her and she was going to buy us a new act. He told us how to get to downtown perfectly. He waited for us to save a parking spot right next to the floor to leave our car. He recommended the best places in the area for fresh and cheap fried fishing and dinner. I would recommend this accommodation in the area that is quiet and has the beach 2 minutes walk away. To get to the center of Malaga you only have to take a bus that takes about 15min. Also Cristina is a great host, we felt right at home with her.

All in all, everything was good. Access to the accommodation was flexible. It was clean and had everything you need. We had a secure lockable parking space for the rental vehicle. There is a sandy beach and nice locals in the immediate vicinity. There are also shopping facilities within walking distance. In addition, the location is very central to quickly get to the surrounding larger cities. Communication with Carlos was impeccable. He is very friendly and responds quickly. Top 👍🏼 we had a great stay

The apartment is located inside BenalBeach, a large apartment complex, equipped with parking and private pools. My review is exclusive to Matt's accommodation. I found the apartment to be clean, bright, well maintained, tastefully furnished and very pleasant. Matt is a very thoughtful Host and responds to every request in a few minutes. I used the apartment mainly as a base to visit Andalusia, so my stay was almost always in the evening hours. I thank Matt for the excellent communication, and precision in describing the apartment that proved to be exactly as in the photos published. Emanuele
