It complies with what was published in the ad, an organized and clean place. It is located in a central location. Marcela was flexible with the check-in schedule. We were delayed and arrived at about 10:00 pm.

Excellent location, very easy to get to and Ricardo is an excellent host. Everything was impeccable at check-in and even the photos didn't do justice to how beautiful and cozy the place is. It is close to jumbo and the locomotive passes right next to it. It is also close to the new subway that connects to Puerto Varas.

The homestay is facing two Mt.Fuji🗻, we stood on the balcony after our first stay and got a very nice evening kasama picture of Mt.Fuji🗻, but unfortunately, the two-tian clouds behind the layers of Mt.Fuji were not exposed🗻 again.The location is great, the house is fully furnished, spacious, and bright, very recommended.

The spectacular apartment, excellent location, close to restaurants and attractions. Very comfortable and pleasant, just like the photos, it has everything you need and the extra pool is spectacular. We also used the laundry and it worked perfectly.

We were 5 friends and fully enjoyed the stay in the apartment, which is very comfortable, spacious and bright. Catalina made sure it was heated and had extra blankets if necessary, but the temperature was very pleasant, and she kept in daily contact with us. The entry system was also detailed and the building staff were also very friendly. Just to point out that in the dishwasher, the hot water comes out to the cold water side and we thought the boiler or water heater wasn't working. But it's a tiny detail. We fully recommend the apartment and hope to visit it again.

Spectacular, the charm of the south at its finest. A blend of the old and the new. We had a weekend with power outages due to bad weather, but they quickly went and solved the situation with a generator. A gesture that is appreciated, as it allowed us to enjoy despite this strong winter. Comfortable beds, good heating, clean bathrooms, good distribution of spaces. Full kitchen. Resolute and very polite hosts.

I was on a business trip in Puerto Montt, and stayed in Manuel's apartment for two weeks. The place is modern and practical with an indoor garage and elevator right from the garage. Don't miss the local restaurant Cotele if you stay here, where the food is grilled in the middle of the guests! Manuel was good at following up and was always quick to respond if there was something I was wondering about. I can definitely recommend Manuel's apartment to others who are traveling in this area.
