Cozy tiny / beautiful view

Nice, spacious and well-equipped house in a prime location in Frutillar. Beautiful views from the house and its garden (volcanoes and meadows). Very close to the lake, restaurants and the lake theater. Also close to supermarkets, pharmacies and downtown shops in general. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for up to two people. 21 species of native trees were planted on the plot, which you can walk through.

Beautiful house with a view and down to the lake! (#39)

Spend an unforgettable family vacation in this beautiful house overlooking Lake Llanquihue and with a private descent to a very little crowded beach and overlooking the volcanoes. Located on a site of 6000 m2 that is a small tourist complex with 4 large houses and a small one. Each home has a lot of privacy thanks to the abundant greenery. The houses share a beautiful and spacious patio, where there are beautiful views of the Osorno Volcano and the lake.

Beautiful house, modern, large windows with spectacular views of Lake Llanquihue and the Osorno, Calbuco and Puntiagudo volcanoes. 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (1 en suite), and living room with sofa bed (2 p) and desk. An American kitchen, with an electric oven and ceramic hob. The heating is electric. A washer-dryer. Terrace (with railing) with a gas grill. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown Frutillar bajo, near Tinajas Cancagua. Pets are prohibited

Amazing and spacious house in downtown Puerto Varas

Traditional house with typical southern architecture, very spacious , cozy, bright, impressive and spacious terrace with quincho overlooking the gorge, recently remodeled, incredible location, in the center of Puerto Varas, suitable for 6 people, with parking for 2 cars inside the house. House located a few meters from the tourist center of Puerto Varas, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, craft shops, just steps from casino, waterfront and lake.

The house is located on a paved road, very close to the Interlagos route, Lake Rupanco and various public access beaches. The view is spectacular, the silence and calm invite you to rest and relax in comfortable armchairs or in the Hot Tub (for a fee). Frutillar, a paradise in the South !!

The house is in the center of Frutillar Alto, Villa Sajonia is a safe, quiet, clean place, you can walk there, (I also have a Rent a Car in case you need that service) everything is close, supermarkets, restaurant, bus terminal 4 minutes by car to the beach, Llanquihue Lake, Teatro del Lago, in Frutillar bajo and walking you reach it in 20 minutes.
