We had an excellent stay at Lana’s place! She was a very accommodating host and the home offered all of the amenities you’d hope for while traveling- especially great if you have small kids with high chair, crib, etc! Thank you!

I’d highly recommend this home. Clean and spacious home, well stocked kitchen, and nice master bedroom and bathroom. Very nice pool and large outdoor patio area. Handy washer/dryer and beach cart/chairs/umbrella. Pretty easy to get to any place in Sarasota or Siesta Key that we wanted. We didn’t need much at all, but the host, Lana, was very responsive.

We stayed here while our daughter was racing at NBP for rowing nationals. It was perfect. It's a 5 minute drive to the course, or a 2 mile walk/run. The outdoor photos don't really show just how nice it really is at the house. We loved having breakfast and lunch outside, looking across the lake. The screened-in pool area has beautiful trees and plantings outside, so there is often shade somewhere on the patio and there was always a nice breeze coming across the lake. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet. Inside, the house was calm, quiet, and cool. Everything was incredibly clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Carol’s house exceeded our expectations! The home was absolutely spotless upon our arrival and it was by far the most well-stocked place we have stayed at. The beds were very comfortable, and accommodated our party of 5 perfectly. We loved using the pool and appreciated all of the towels that were available for use. Additionally, Carol was so flexible with us and provided both early check in and late check out due to our flight schedule. Lastly, the landscaping is GORGEOUS-beautiful tropical plants surround the backyard and made for a very relaxing environment for us to enjoy our morning coffee! We would love to stay here again!

This place was perfect for us. family of 4 with 2 kids age 7 and 10. They loved the pool which was bigger then it looked from the photos, was very warm and garden well maintained. really happy with stay and Carrick was quick to respond when we ask questions. asked for a later check out which Carrick was able to accommodate. Great stay would recommend.

Believe the positive reviews! We had a wonderful six night stay at this New Townhome located close to UTC with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, gyms & downtown Sarasota Bayfront Park & Marina Jack all within a 25min or less drive. Ed was extremely responsive & would answer any questions right away. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and even an umbrella which was a definite plus. The home was extremely clean and we all felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linens felt like higher quality & all beds had plenty of pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet with access to a nice community pool which was very close to the unit. My husband and I and our three adult daughters stayed here very comfortably and had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this property and host!

This place is perfect. Everything you want in an air bnb and it’s exactly like it looks. My family and I were beyond happy with it. The pool is gorgeous. The location is amazing it’s legit 8 to 10 minutes away from pretty much anything you need or want to do. The house is quiet and the beds are super comfy. I would rent this place every year for a trip. Also the host is awesome! They were there for anything we needed or had questions about and are super nice and friendly people. Thanks again for everything!

We had a lovely stay at the Sunshine House. We walked daily at the nature preserve within the Bobby Jone’s golf course. My husband golfed there nearly every day. Shopping and restaurants were very convenient. The house was as pictured - clean, comfortable, thoughtfully put together. A great base from which to start our adventures and a comfortable home to which to return at the end of each day. Thank you!!

This was a great home to stay at, our best Airbnb we've experienced so far! We had a 1yr old & 6yr old with us & it was set up perfectly. They had the pack n play (and high chair) all set up for us upon arrival which was much appreciated since travel with young kids is...a lot. The bin of wooden and Lego type blocks was so extremely helpful to entertain both kids, along with the smart tvs! We also greatly appreciated the beach gear. The home looked very clean & we loved the setup. Wonderfully stocked kitchen,bathrooms, etc. Finally, the neighborhood seemed decently quiet and peaceful. When the kids went to bed, my husband & I were able to hang out by the pool (loved the lights) and get some well needed down time just listening to the birds and crickets. We would absolutely select this home if/when we're back to the area. The beach was about 20min drive, probably the only downfall I can come up with, but it was such an easy drive & the home was so close to grocery stores etc. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were such thoughtful touches especially since we flew in and would’ve had to rent those items otherwise. The pool table was a fun bonus, and the location couldn’t have been better. We all visit Sarasota regularly, so it was great to be so close to everything we had planned for the weekend. While we don’t have children, we could easily see this being a great spot for families as well. The host was also very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay, which we really appreciated. The backyard was a little magical oasis! Great for nights in by the pool and outdoor dinner! We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was our third visit and we just love this house. Already planning another week this falll and maybe a couple of long weekends. The location is perfect to everything we love to do in Sarasota and the size of the house is perfect for us.

Beautiful place! In a pretty good area to close to the beach. House was neat and tidy everything looked perfect. The pool is a plus! WiFi is slow but we didn’t really use it. Would definitely book again!

Great, convenient spot with ample space for our crew team. We had lots of fun around the kitchen and family room. Plenty of little details - games, gaming consoles, bathroom toiletries, art, etc. Host super responsive.

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

Matt’s place was perfect for our anniversary trip. He was proactive in his responses and checked in on us once we got settled. We didn’t have to use the whole place for just us two but had we brought our kids, there would have been plenty of room. The place is close to the beaches, dining spots, and shopping. Will definitely return in the future.

Jessica is a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any questions. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect! My family and I could not have asked for a better vacation in beautiful Sarasota! Highly recommend!!

This was, by far, my best experience at an Airbnb in all the years I’ve used the app! The house is beautiful— spacious yet cozy and filled with so many thoughtful details. You will want for nothing here: books, games, bug spray, citronella candles, towels (including wash cloths!), shampoo and body lotion for all skin and hair types, portable lights and speakers for outdoor use, and a smart TV on a cart which can be rolled anywhere in the house! I didn’t watch TV much, as I spent most of my free time in the luscious front yard enjoying bird watching and staring at the trees. The house is located a short distance to a lot of things, including a sweet little park/lake nearby. Nancy is a kind and generous host, respectful of privacy but also happy to chat, connect and make sure you have everything you need. I’m sad to leave this place, if there hadn’t been another reservation afterwards, I most certainly would have extended my stay! This is a wonderful, safe, and deeply restorative home.

Every aspect of the house was lovely. Clean and nicely decorated. We had 8 in our party and there was plenty of room for all. The pool was a perfect way to relax after a busy day at the rowing competitions. And, the young crowd loved the arcade room. A definite win. Communication with the host was timely and helpful. We had small hiccup with the AC, but it was fixed within hours of contact. The location was perfect for us - 20 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the Nathan Benderson Park. I highly recommend this house. Hope to be back next year!

We came to FL for my son's wedding and had a wonderful week stay. The house was convenient to shopping and restaurants and in a very quiet neighborhood. We found the house looking better than in the pictures. Beautiful back yard and pool. A spotless, fresh smelling house with plenty of clean towels, blankets, linens. We have no complaints and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Definitely a five star stay!

Stayed here for a weekend and this house was probably the cleanest airbnb inside I’ve ever experienced. Hannah & Sophie were great hosts, as they always were responsive and were proactive in sending instructions and checking in with us. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and in a good area of Sarasota where all essentials are close by. Pool was clean despite no screen around it. Would definitely stay here again in the future if possible.
