Villa holiday rentals in Fripp Island

Perfect family getaway for Spring Break! Steps from the pool and beach. Property was as advertised. Paid extra for beach chairs which were at the house upon arrival. We rented a golf cart which I’d recommend! Since this property does not come with an amenity pass, we visited Johnson Creek Tavern, Beedo’s, Saltus River Grill in Beaufort, and Shrimp Shack restaurants. All were excellent! Bring your pickleball sets! We will be back.

We spent the month of March here at Beachwalk. The unit was just perfect for the two of us. It was so bright and open that even on rainy days we didn't mind staying inside. Sitting inside or outside on the deck we saw lots of wildlife including a couple of deer one morning. We also really enjoyed watching the golfers on the sixth hole of the Shipyards course. The short walk to the beach from the unit made this unit an ideal location. Matt was a great host!

Everything was good. We were traveling for work, so this place was a beneficial location. However, very small kitchen, but not a big deal considering we only had 3 guests. Overall great place.

Perfect place in the perfect location! The layout of the place was great for 4 adults and a teenager! The shuttle service was amazing! You just call the number and they would pick us up within 5 mins, right outside our door. The services at the Westin were fantastic! They had boogie boards and footballs we would take to the beach every day (no charge). We did use the chair rental service so we didn’t have to carry them down to the beach. 10/10 for us! Definitely recommend.

Place was exactly as described. Had one small hiccup and Janet was very responsive and had it resolved. Directions/instructions in house were very helpful for things like TV, A/C, etc. Can’t beat the view if you’re a golf fan, sitting on the screened in porch and watching the 9th at Harbour Town. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants at the lighthouse, so a very convenient location. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in HHI! Our host was very responsive and gave us local recommendations for food! She also allowed us to use her bikes to get around on the island and her own private pickleball package! We love pickleball. She also gave us a bottle of wine and nice little candies and skin products which was a great touch. She had everything in the home already that we needed and even had trash bags delivered by Amazon before we even told her we were running low. The place was beautiful, in a great location and close to everything we wanted to do during our visit! We would definitely stay here again! ♥️

Loved our stay here for a quick 5 day vacation! There was a lot in walking distance which made things very accessible! The beach was about a 10-13min walk down the street, and if you wanted to drive instead you could park at the public beach lot which was very convenient too. The condo was clean and looked just liked the pictures. Definitely will book here again!

This was a perfect spot for my family! We were right down the street from our grandparents house on the island. It was clean, comfortable and just as it was described. The location is beautiful with the most gorgeous view of the sunrise. We will definitely be staying here again should we need another place in the future.

We loved staying at this villa in South Beach. The location in Sea Pines really cannot be beat, and the view and proximity to the water make it particularly special. We loved having two sitting areas, as it allowed the adults to have a quiet retreat when the kids wanted to watch tv. The kitchen was well-stocked and well-organized. The house was very clean and attractively furnished.

Wonderful place to stay!

I don’t think we could have asked for a better stay for my sister’s bachelorette party. The house is fantastic and everyone felt like they had their own space. The pool was extremely well kept and the backyard was awesome, pictures do not do it justice. Finally, Akash was so wonderful, giving us recommendations, answering any messages within minutes and he was so helpful with anything we needed leading up to and while we were at the house. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Suzanne is a great host and communicator. The villa is in an excellent location with a wonderful beach and pool view. The space is very clean well maintained. The complex is walking distance to golf and tennis/pickleball. The pools and hot tub are lovely. Suzanne's personalized guide book provides great detail on the villa as well as thoughtful recommendations. My family had a wonderful visit and highly recommend.

Just exceptional. The pictures are deceiving -- the space is even bigger and more beautiful than the photos reflect. And the direct ocean view from the living space and main bedroom is gorgeous. Bonus, one of the bedrooms has its own climate control, so if you have picky travelers, you can have different temperatures. The place is stocked with the basics, so meals were effortless. And having Coligny across the street is beyond convenient. Walkable access to food, shopping, and live music? Yes, please. BOOK THIS PLACE.

The Island Club was a perfect stay for my family of 8. You could walk right outside the patio to the beach and the pool was not far from the unit. The beach and pool were about a 2 minute walk from the unit. The amenities provided at the Island Club were wonderful such as a small playground for kids, patio chairs, and places to grill out as well as comfortable hangouts near the pool. This community felt very safe and family friendly which made our stay very comfortable. At this community, you can drive to near by restaurants and fun activities for the family. All the amenities listed inside the unit were provided and then some, such as kitchen appliances, cookware, and utensils. A mattress topper was provided which helped make the pull out couch more comfortable, and there were extra pillows and blankets if needed. I would highly recommend a stay at this listing and would stay again when possible!

Just finished our vacation at 106 Beach Walk. We were so happy with our choice our condo was clean easy to find super easy check in also very spacious Short walk to the beach quite complex. We definitely would use this place again

The Salty Mermaid was the perfect stay! Very clean and spacious. It was great for our group of five. Great location. Amy was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions about the area. This has been my favorite experience staying on HHI so far! Definitely recommend.

Summer’s house has everything you need to have a great time in Hilton Head. The beach toys and golf cart are a huge bonus to the house with an awesome view of the golf course every morning.

WOW! We’ve been staying at Shorewood for years and this unit was beautiful and pristine!! Probably one of the cleanest/tidiest places we’ve ever stayed and so comfortable! The location is one that you cannot beat and not that you would want to leave, but there is so much to do that’s walkable at Coligny! Our kids LOVE the pool as well! We had the pleasure of running into Robin and Peter on the beach and they were so kind and an absolute pleasure! Loved having them as our hosts and cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Nicholas’s rental! Perfect location especially for family with children. Fenced in pool right outside, can walk to beach, and convenient to most things on island like nature center. Was everything we needed and plan to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time to visit Dataw. Its a pretty posh gated community. The outdoor pool with bar is amazing. The views in the community are beautiful. We have stayed in the area before, but the Dataw location was very convenient to Beaufort and Hunting Island Beach(which is a must do). The area is very pet friendly with many restruants with pet friendly patio dinning. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Looked exactly like the photos. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Pool area is beautiful. It was too cold to utilize but I would love to come back during warmer weather!

This is our 3rd year staying at this awesome spot. Meaghan is always so great. We love being able to walk to Harbour Town for sunsets on the pier. Looking forward to staying here for years to come. Thanks
