Absolutely amazing. Beautiful inside and the grounds were even better. I booked this for my mum 60th birthday and we all had an incredible time. All rooms were beautiful with a lovely kitchen too, even better the welcome pack they leave you. The wrap around veranda was the highlight for us, we spent most of the days on that with the hot tub, we were lucky enough to have good weather so we could really make the most of it. The fishing lake was lovely my partner fished and enjoyed it. The owner was always happy to answer any questions whenever I needed them. Thankyou so much.

We had the best stay here. Everything was so beautiful and peaceful. The house was so clean and comfortable and our host Claire went above and beyond for anything we needed - we are so grateful! Sarah and Aaron were great hosts. Extremely friendly and flexible , our kids loved chatting with them at the end of the driveway. They let our little boy fish in their big pond which he loved and chopped extra wood for me who loves their open fire and log burner in what is a lovely spacious house. Such a spacious and peaceful stay. Would absolutely recommend this air b&b and these hosts. No stress at all. Thank you

Andy was a fantastic host and gave clear instructions on getting to the location and how to get in. The replies were also quick when I had questions to ask on the day and thankfully Andy was there to respond quickly. The house was in good condition and was clean and tidy ready for mine and my partner’s arrival. I and my partner had a lovely time and was a well needed break, there were also plenty of animals around the location which made it even better for us to watch them. Would recommend to anyone needing a little peaceful getaway for those who also love nature.

Wow! This house was amazing for our group of 18. We fit so comfortably - there were even a couple of rooms we didn't need! The grounds are beautiful and spacious, and the common areas were absolutely perfect for our large gatherings (which is where we spent most of our time!). The hot tub was a massive hit, and we have to mention the Raj Indian Ocean restaurant just five minutes away – the food was incredible. This was truly one of the best weekends ever, and the house and its fantastic spaces were key to that!

Perfect for a party of 6 to 8 people, great social spaces and helpful host. We had a fabulous time and will definitely return again. Thank you Emily

Amazing place - perfect for a family getaway!

Booked a long weekend away with my husband and two girls and had a wonderful time! I would 100% recommend Wakes Hall Lodges; the location is so peaceful (you wouldn’t even realise there are other lodges nearby!) lovely views as well. Check in was so easy and the lodge was spotless on arrival. The hot tub is a great feature and was so nice to relax in. Really spacious inside and comfy beds. I would recommend eating at the nearby Swan pub- food was great! Will definitely be looking to book again!

We stayed for a long weekend and had a lovely stay. the house was a beautiful country cottage and very comfortable. We also had the perfect weather for it. It was wonderful to watch the rabbits and deer as they travelled through and round the garden morning and evening.

Excellent 3 night break in the well appointed Old Dairy with my wife, 92year old father and two border terriers. All members of the party were well catered for the wet room next to father’s bedroom was perfect and all the accommodation being on one level made the stay very accessible. The barn is in a beautiful peaceful setting a few hundred yards from the magnificent Snape maltings and a short drive from Orford, Aldeburgh and Thorpeness. Super walks for the dogs around the farm and across the marsh to Iken

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

This was our second time in Lavenham and our second stay at Esther’s. The house is easy to find (parking outside the front door if available) and get access to. The house is clean, well furnished and had most, if not all of everything extra we wanted. Over the weekend that included a BBQ, fan, clothes horse and some biscuits! Esther is very responsive and accommodating, a great host.

Cozy cottage in perfect place. Amazing village with so much to see and easy to navigate. Home away from home! Perfect amenities! Easy to find and easy parking! Love this pick and stay! Would stay again for sure!

A lovely cabin in a beautiful setting with chickens and ducks all around. We loved playing cricket and the kids had a great time in the woods. The cabin itself was lovely - spacious and had everything you needed. The fresh bread and eggs was a lovely touch too. We struggled a little bit with streaming videos with the Wi-Fi - but otherwise a fabulous place. I’d recommend dinner at the Bell Inn down the road - dog friendly and lovely homemade food!

Very beautiful place very different quirky place to stay. Wounderful walking paths we walked our dog for a few hours seeing the nature as we went by Lots to see and do visited Jimmys farm lovey place to go with kids.

Great few days in the annex. Great location for exploring the area. The annex was clean and very comfortable. Would stay again.

Accommodation: The caravan itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The living area was cosy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Bonus did not need to take bed linen as the beds were made up Facilities: The park’s facilities were top-notch. The communal areas were clean and well-maintained, and the on-site shop had everything we needed. The kids loved the playground and the swimming pool, which were both safe and fun.

Jenny, I hope you like my review, we enjoyed our short holiday in your caravan. I think you will need to fix some of the furniture, like the wardrobe door in the double room. Otherwise everything was fine, thanks. Peter

Van is in one of the best spots for views and privacy. Very comfortable with everything you need close by. Another fab stay.

It was a nice place to enjoy the time with family. The caravan it’s small inside but very cozy, we was like it. Everything is very close what was good. If I would come back there again? 100% yes.

A fantastic lodge which had everything we needed for our stay and was spotlessly clean. Michelle was lovely and met us on arrival to explain everything. Would highly recommend.

better than I expected to be honest clean etc comfortable

We’ve stayed in lots of AirBnBs but Rose Cottage has got to be the best! It's a newly refurbished cottage and we were lucky to be the first to stay in it since it's reopening. Absolutely pristine, wonderfully put together decor and lots of thoughtful touches that made it really special - including a very lovely welcome hamper and beautiful organic toiletries to use. The whole place smelt divine! Beautiful private garden as well as huge grounds to roam around in, including an amazing swimming pond - we dived straight in on a scorching day. Pauline and Mat were was the loveliest of hosts and really made our time there feel very relaxed. They were on hand if you needed them but unobtrusive if you want to be left to enjoy the tranquility of the place. Very easy to get to the coast to explore but you may not want to leave the cottage! We all absolutely loved it and will be back.

We had such a brilliant time at Letheringham Lodge, it totally exceeded all our expectations. The location and setting was stunningly beautiful and incredibly peaceful. Pauline and Matthew were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, they were incredibly generous with their time and were great fun to boot! The cottage itself was spacious, stylish and extremely well equipped. The beds were so comfortable and despite the weather being hot we were cool in our rooms. The outside space was great for sitting out of an evening, cooking and relaxing. We made full use of the natural pool and enjoyed walks around the property. The location was fabulous we cycled to some really good pubs within just a few miles of the lodge. We also cycled to Woodbridge and Wickham Market which are both lovely market towns. A bit further afield we visited and swam at Shingle Street and Waldringfield - both stunning. Honestly just the most fun weekend.
