The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Our blue vacation apartment with a combined kitchen and living room, a bedroom, and a modern bathroom invites you to relax and make yourself comfortable. The apartment offers a comfortable box spring bed for 2 people and a high-quality sofa bed for 2 more people. As soon as the weather permits, there is a seating area in front of the apartment. If you want to work, you have good conditions with a fiber optic connection. Right next door in the green apartment, there is also space for 2-4 people.

The former farmhouse was built in the middle of the 19th century. It is a single-story half-timbered house with a gable roof and is located directly on the idyllic village green with views of the Baroque village church. The 136 square meter living area has two bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The fireplace room has a sofa bed. The house has an approx. 800 sqm garden that invites you to relax.

Our single-family home is located on the southwestern edge of the city center in Seenähe, with opportunities for swimming. It is about 5 km (3 miles) to Interstate 24. On weekdays, the bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes at a distance of approximately 200 meters. There are no noisy businesses in the residential area. The bike path network is well developed, and a full-service restaurant is within walking distance, about 250 meters away.
