It is a beautiful, charming and cozy stone and wood house, ideal to forget about the daily tensions of the city. It is very well equipped and well maintained. It has a stately garden in the front, very nice and independent. The house has 4 rooms facing the outside, with lots of light, and two separate bathrooms. A living room with a stone fireplace and a large window with beautiful mountain views. In the back, there is a large wooden porch for spending time together.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Everything was perfect!!! Ana is a spectacular host, the accommodation was great for me since I had to hand over the apartment where I lived and this accommodation was great for me, I stayed 2 months and everything was great, Ana helped me in everything I needed with a lot of empathy, the other tenants are not felt, there is a lot of privacy, silence and the cats are a plus, the room is beautiful, very spacious, the window has a spectacular view of nature, I was also close to work, the gardens are beautiful, in the house there are a lot of super interesting books, I would definitely come back!! There's everything to entertain you and Ana is a very attentive and special person, if you have the opportunity to stay here, don't hesitate!!! 😁😁😁

Very nice enclave, more than a development (it is called the "Marias"), it looked like a forest with houses placed in the middle. We loved the location. The house, the room and its atmosphere are as shown in the photos. Cozy home full of floral decorations, being there was like being "submerged" in a sea of trees, nature, flowers..... Santiago is attentive, approachable and very friendly, we really appreciate his character and attention, although we could talk a little in person he was always available. Access to the house is easy, with parking around, the room is clean and cozy, with a large bathroom for exclusive use. And everything is super quiet, no noise, just the wonderful birdsong all around. A good experience, and highly recommended. Thank you

Nuria, her husband Roberto and son Diego gave us a very warm welcome. They were very friendly and helpful. You can easily park in front of the house, but they also offered us their garage. We took trips from her house to the Prado Museum, Toledo, Segovia, Ávila and El Escorial. It was a wonderful vacation.

We had a great week at Irene's place. The outside is very private, not overlooked, and the pool as well as the view is amazing. The interior of the house is beautiful. Quiet, 30 minutes from Madrid. We would recommend Irene's house without hesitation.
