Holiday rentals with a patio in French River

The place was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. Only negative was we couldn’t find the gray bin mentioned for recycles. Otherwise I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to wind down and relax.

Vanessa’s house was beautiful. We loved the cabin esthetic. She responded very quickly to our questions. The place was spotless when we arrived and had all the mentioned amenities. Highly recommend her place for a quite, peaceful stay in the heart of Greater Sudbury.

This was a well-appointed, spotless place with a beautiful view and great amenities. Being a short distance to the hospital made this an excellent location for an extended stay. Sean was helpful and communicative. We would highly recommend for a family group.

We had a pleasant stay at Janet's place. Location was conveniently close to a number of restaurants, and winter activities that my kids enjoyed. There were a couple of issues that occurred while we were there (missing appliance and one of the showers not working), and Janet was quick to provide solutions to make our stay comfortable, and even offered us a late checkout.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Quinn's Airbnb. I stayed for 10 days and felt completely at home. The Airbnb had everything you could need while away from home. The outdoor space is very peaceful and overlooking the lake. Quinn was very helpful and always responded quickly to any messages I sent. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be returning when in the area again.

Highly recommend. Stayed here for an extended amount of time and I have to shout out that Holly was an absolute gem of a host. The condo is in a great location close to all amenities.

We had a great stay at the Hilltop Hideout. Sandor was an excellent host, responded to every question I had within an hour, and provided great details on activities and essentials in the area. The locaton is beautiful and with all of the extra equipment and items that the house has, you are bound for a great vacation. Would stay again, 10/10 experience.

recommend this place to anyone looking to rent out a cottage for a couple of days. Very quite, peaceful and wonderful scenery of the water. My stay was mainly to spend time with family and enjoying fishing which for me personally met my expectations.

Stayed at Riverside cottage when attending a graduation at Nipissing U and decided we needed some extra down time. What a great place! It was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, beautiful and most all…peaceful. Thank you Dulcie for the great stay. We look forward to staying here during snowmobile season!

Another great stay! We stayed in July of 2024 and when planning our 2025 trip this was the first place I checked to see if it was available. The house is in a great location, close to shopping and family. The kids loved using the hot tub and learned how to play uno with the cards in the game room. Also happy to report the towels have been switched out for some larger ones. Overall we love staying at Paul and Paul’s and will likely be back if it’s available during our next trip!

A very friendly and responsive host. The instructions to get inside were clear and easy to follow. The host provided a list of amenities nearby of things to do.

A wonderful spot with every convenient considered! The espresso machine might have been the highlight of my trip. The beach is very nice and close. The king bed is a very firm spring mattress, so something to consider if that is important to you.

It was such a great experience staying at this place. Maja and Neno are great hosts - the instructions are clear and it’s easy to find the suite even when it’s dark. They also share local recommendations (there is puppy yoga!) :) the place is an amazing getaway from the busy and noisy city life. In clear days you can see so many stars in the sky from the porch. It’s also so close to Algonquin so I can totally imagine it being super busy during maple leaf seasons. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting this area. Sheila is very responsive and helpful. The bed is large with good quality mattress, 2 TVs in different rooms, kitchen is very fully equipped, balcony has great lake view and in a position with privacy. This home is the best in our experience.
