Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in French Quarter, New Orleans

This was a great place to stay. A bit farther from the city, but close to other things. Uptown is a good place to stay if you want to venture out, but have a quieter place to go home to. The large windows and remote controlled window treatments were a nice touch. It rained a couple of times and it was beautiful to be there for it.

Great location, great price. Beautiful place,plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. Near downtown attractions, quiet neighborhood. Would totally book again.

In this charming little duplex was an absolute gem! The exterior of the house is just overflowing with gorgeous greenery and flowers. The neighbor’s cats and dogs were so sweet and added a little joy to our stay. The biggest pup would occasionally jump up and peek through the front door to check and see what we were doing. The furnishings inside and the artwork were so fun and vibrant and made us feel like we were in an art museum. The hosts were super kind and responsive and quickly responded to any questions we had. The fact that the duplex is bright pink, made it super easy for our Ubers to find us or drop us off! It’s also maybe a four minute walk from Treme Coffeehouse which is an absolute must in such a beautiful and historic neighborhood. We really loved staying here. The only thing that could have been a little bit better was the twin bed mattresses. They were very firm and not the most comfortable for my back. Even with that, we’d absolutely stay here again!

David's place was the best place I could've found for my very first trip to New Orleans/my birthday trip! The AirBnB itself was wonderful. Very fairly priced! Quiet neighborhood, clean and private space; perfect for two! I had everything I couldve needed, and David made sure of that. Even when the AC went out during my visit, David was so quick to make sure I was taken care of by providing a portable one until the AC unit was fixed! And of course, I LOVED that I got a chance to see the wonderful Doug the Dog. SUCH a cutie, and he loves bum scritches!!! If im ever in NoLa again, I would not hesitate to book with David and Caitlyn 🧡

Aimee and Klass have the perfect spot for your NOLA trip. The space is large, open and comfortable. It was a great place to hang out after a busy day as well as great for taking a break between excursions. The space was impeccable and had everything we needed! The location is top notch, too! There are tons of local shops and cafes in walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Aimee and Klass were the friendliest hosts, always reaching out to make sure we were having a great stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in New Orleans.

great location. quick 10 min to Frenchman St. 20 Min to Bourbon St. Neighborhood is nice, on the edge of somehwat blighted block, but we felt safe the entire time. Walked to breakfast (1 block) and a good coffee shop (Orange Couch, 4 blocks) each day overall solid place if you want a home base close to the action, but far enough away to not be up all night. Ubers were super easy to get and pretty cheap getting around. Overall a very positive experience

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb, so we weren't sure what to expect. Ray's place was amazing! It was very inviting and cozy. We're used to hotels - you know, the kind where doors are slammed, you got kids running up and down the halls screaming and it's impossible to sleep in. That was not an issue at Ray's. The neighborhood was very diverse and quiet, and sleeping in a little wasn't an issue. When we were looking for recommendations for food, he sent over a list and when we left some items behind, he kindly called and let us know. We can't wait to visit NoLa again and if available, rent Ray's place! Our only concern is that we're gonna be let down at any future Airbnb's because our experience with Ray was just that good! Do yourself and book with him! And if you do, tell him we sent you!

Comfortable and perfectly located in a great area! We had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool and spa worked great and we just took one morning to swim, relax, and visit with each other in that awesome tropical backyard. We had a car so we didn’t need transportation but we did walk to the streetcar one day, plus it would be easy to Uber/Lyft from Gary’s place to the popular locations in New Orleans. We didn’t cook, because, frankly, why would you in food paradise when the local restaurants do it so well, but the kitchen was well stocked should you want to cook. We had fun using the game table, TVs, and sound system. Everything was a hit with our kids who were with us to celebrate their recent college graduations. We would stay here again for any occasion but the end of May was the perfect time for warm weather AND the end of crawfish season which we were thrilled to miss. Thanks, Gary!

Great Air Bnb. It was my first time in New Orleans and being located in Uptown was perfect. The home is exactly like the pictures, whenever I visit again I would definitely love to stay here again.

Probably my favorite space ever rented on Airbnb ever. So elegant, stylish, clean, beautiful, had everything I needed! We were completely comfortable and happy here. I would never want to stay anywhere else in NOLA.

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

Khalil’s place was exceptional! We would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we come to New Orleans. It was spotless, easy to get to, and a beautiful place! It’s not far from the quarter at all, and easily walkable or a short uber ride to surrounding areas. He was so nice to communicate with too. We were able to check in a little early and have a later checkout as well, which was great.

Shirley and Minka are very detailed in their description of finding the place and how to check in and check out. Everything was a described. They send instructions and details a few days earlier than when you arrive, which is great! I loved that there were places they recommended for shopping and eating. Wonderful hosts. We loved this place - it was clean, had everything we needed, and our hosts were warm, generous and responsive. The house layout is great, with gorgeous high ceilings and a balcony to people watch into the small hours. On top of that, it’s in a fantastic neighborhood, with so much life around every corner. We will definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Erin’s 's apartment and had a fantastic experience. The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within few min of driving distance. Erin’s was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely book this place again. It was beautiful and perfectly located. The tub was a plus the outside balcony was beautiful in the morning. The host is awesome and a great communicator. We’ll definitely book again.

Accurate description. Great location in Fr qtr. Building entrance near late night bar and up a few flights of stairs. Could use a bit more attention to dusting/cleaning to furniture, but acceptable overall.

This was our second time staying in Joseph's place, and we would definitely stay there again. We love the location on Esplanade, which is an easy walk to either the French Quarter or Frenchman Street. There's a 24-hour bodega right next door that is well-stocked and friendly. Joseph offers a parking pass which makes all the difference for people like us who love the option of having a car to explore other parts of the City. The condo was comfortable and pretty, with the extra bonus of a balcony overlooking Esplanade. This is a second-floor unit so there are stairs to the entrance; there are also stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, but there's a half bath on the main floor which is very convenient. We're both used to stairs so it didn't bother us a bit. In all, we highly recommend Joseph as a host and his condo as an excellent choice for an Airbnb.

This is a lovely spot in a great location, right on Magazine street in the heart of the Garden District. Walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shady neighborhood streets showcasing New Orleans' architecture. The space itself was exactly like the photos - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Jo Ann was very accomodating, responsive and an excellent host. It was a fun stay for our first trip to NOLA and we're glad to have had the chance to experience it.

Great space in a fantastic location! The unit was nicely appointed with everything you might need and was well-suited for two couples. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside, and the courtyard offered nice outdoor space.
