Apartment holiday rentals in French Quarter, New Orleans

Great Air Bnb. It was my first time in New Orleans and being located in Uptown was perfect. The home is exactly like the pictures, whenever I visit again I would definitely love to stay here again.

The pictures provided look’s just as good in person, very homey vibe, and doesn’t smell bad at all. Ronell communicated very well and didn’t give me a hard time, also sent me a list of food recommendations which were very helpful. Just be mindful because I’m pretty sure he stays under the 2 bedroom. (Definitely would book again) .

Very comfortable and clean, walking distance to the French Quarter. The roof top was nice with a small pool and lounge area. we tried to reserve again for Mardi Gras, unfortunately it was already reserved. We had a great stay for our 7th trip to "The Big Easy". Mrs. Peggy from the barbershop downstairs, is an amazing lady very hospitable and is extremely knowledgeable about New Orleans, if you need ideas for things to do outside the Quarter, she will point you in the direction.

Foremost, the apartment was squeaky clean and tidy - always most important for me. I loved the tall ceilings, old double doors, and wavy glass windows. The historical feel of both the house and the apartment was very homey. The house itself was beautiful and the garden immaculate. The location close to the bayou was nice. The hosts were good to answer questions about getting around in the city, and provided recommendations. Overall, we were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

I hesitate to share this because I want to be able to afford to stay here the next time we come lol but Megan's place was INCREDIBLE. The house was clean and comfy and was steps away from anything that might want to do. True, it was loud in the evenings—but that's because of the incredible location! You can literally sit on the porch and hear live music! So the house was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and a great location but what took it over the edge was Megan's incredible hospitality. Any time we reached out, she was quickly responsive and kind. I will be sincerely disappointed if we cannot stay here again.

Very well maintained and clean

We had a lovely stay. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to everything we wanted to do (including our daily wander to La Boulangerie). The kitchen is perfect for a city known for its restaurants. The washer and dryer and large slice toaster both came in handy. Plenty of space for a couple or a small family. Megan was friendly, accommodating, and unobtrusive. Plus Rhody the dog is a sweetheart. If we need a NOLA landing pad in the future, we’ll check here first.

Had a lovely stay at Thomas' home. He was a great host, providing many great recommendations. He was also the most responsive host I've ever had! The home was just as the pictures described, very clean and comfortable. The area was walkable, close to a bus stop and streetcar stop, and very close to some delicious restaurants! I will definitely return if I find myself in NOLA again. Thank you, Thomas!

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

It is right in the heart of everything which was great! The place was clean and a good size. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

I’ve read a lot of these reviews and it feels like people are often sleuthing for some tiny flaw to cry about. But me, I was so happy with my stay. Zero complaints. Gorgeous shotgun apt (huge btw- far more space than I needed!), great yard to sit and drink coffee in, tons of amenities (the bikes are a great touch though I didn’t use them- would totally have done so with more time in the city). Walked to the levee with my pup, went to the Joint, hung out at Bud Rips. Perfect Bywater day. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Central location with easy access to great spots around town. Jim's place is safe, offered an incredible private and relaxing backyard. Plus, the upstairs apartment is wonderfully decorated, comfortable, and offered more than enough space for everyone in my family. Highly Recommend

This was a great place. The bed and couch were comfy, walkable to anything including the trolly, and the host was always quick to respond and give early check in. Shower looked a little dirty would be my only complaint.

this garden studio was perfect for our visit to New Orleans! A trolley stop is right in front of the building, and there is a beautiful garden in the front & back yard, including a sweet cat! Comfortable, clean, and beautiful.. we would definitely stay here again. One word of warning: When you enter the studio front door, just push it open..turning the doorknob is a finger-pinching hazard!

The place was exactly as it was described. It’s small but perfect for visiting New Orleans because you’re not there very often. It was very cozy and convenient. It only took around 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter when walking. We didn’t even get a car because we were able to do everything from this location. There was a coffee shop right across the street that was really good. A small market is a block away. There are also shops in the French Quarter so if you need groceries, you can get them there. The communication was excellent. They made sure to give prompt instructions on how to get to your place. We had a great time. Thank you.

I had a really great time in the home & close to everything I wanted to get to

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

This condo was great for our French Quarter Fest vacation, the beds were comfy and it felt very safe and secure. The hot tub on the roof was especially nice after walking all day. Some things to note - two of the bedrooms are interior only, no windows, which was fine for our group but wasn’t expected, and the only bedroom with windows does get a lot of noise early in the morning (again, not a huge problem for us but just something to know). All the windows in the unit face another building so there’s not a huge amount of natural light or any view, but it was a great location and very comfortable. The two main rules are very strict - they will charge you if you get makeup on the white towels (they give you a very small washcloth for makeup removal), and they charge a lot for early check in or late check out, both were kind of a bummer - makes it feel a bit more corporate.

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!

Our group of 2 families had plenty of space and privacy in a location that was an easy drive from Jazzfest and downtown, and walkable to some cool stuff on St. Claude Ave. We had an awesome weekend. Rodney was responsive whenever we needed anything! The kids liked the pool.
