Holiday rentals with lake access in French Flanders

Great stay for 4 with 2 young children. Ideal setting, quiet and peaceful. Ideal for rejuvenation and strolling. The accommodation is really great and there is everything you need. We would recommend a listing. Thank you Alexis.

Isolated house, not too much traffic, but no 4G, you have to connect to the box, a little slow, and no store available nearby. Arrival indicated by autonomous key box but finally we had to wait for the host to come, no speaker offered and LED ball that does not work, average bathroom, mixed with the maintenance room and presence of a bra in a drawer with a box containing some hair, otherwise we had a good pleasant air-conditioned stay

Gwendoline is a great host, very friendly and helpful. She greeted us during check-in , was just a door knock away to help us out for anything. Her place was also very peaceful. House has everything you need except dishwasher. Location of the house is also convenient, bruges & coastline is just 20 min drive from the place. We enjoyed our stay at her place!

We really enjoyed our first trip as a couple. The cottage is located in a cozy place near other holiday homes. There was plenty of privacy and tranquility, as well as a nice place by the water. Communication was smooth and clear. We were given a lot of tips, which was pleasant for us. Nice region for hiking, cycling and boating.

The last leg of our drive back to the UK from Morocco with our old chocolate lab and it was PERFECT. Gorgeous, well loved little house with a beautiful garden and some really kind, thoughtful touches. We arrived far too early and they were so accommodating, letting us check in early and even stayed to greet us! Only 25 mins drive to Le Shuttle the next morning and a supermarket literally 4 mins drive away. Great place to stay with everything you need, hosted by really lovely people.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The house has character, is large with a nice veranda with entertainment. Furthermore, it has a super beautiful and large garden. But especially the landlords are super sweet and warm people. We felt more than welcome, even though we were late and had forgotten everything at check-out. We had a super good time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Isla and were lucky to have fabulous weather. It's a lovely home, located in a holiday park, but peaceful and private, with a totally enclosed garden, making it very safe for children. The house is very well equipped, and there are many extras such as children's toys, bikes, scooters and petanque. The park has a well stocked supermarket, and there are many activities going on, although most have charges. The beach and nearest tram stop are about 30 minutes' walk away. We'd recommend Kusttram which runs at frequent intervals up and down the Belgian coast. A day ticket is just 9 euros. Oostende is lovely (about 45 minutes on the tram). Communication with Griet was great, and she was super helpful. Check in is a little complicated, but Griet supplies excellent instructions and photos to help you. Parking is a few minutes' walk from the house, but you can drive right up to the property for unloading and loading.

The apartment is ideally located on the seawall. You have sea views from the livingroom. The rooms are at the back where it is quieter. We spent a cozy weekend here with our family and can only recommend the apartment. Upon arrival there was a small attention, which is always pleasant. Thank you for staying!

Beautiful location and a spacious apartment! The interior is a bit outdated, but equipped with everything you need. The communication with Vera and Arno was excellent. We have enjoyed a few nice days.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was very well maintained, nothing was missing (clean towels and bed linen, complete kitchen equipment). The sea view from the balcony was particularly beautiful and when it rained from the living room through the huge balcony window. The apartment is cozy, we felt immediately at home. Frederik is very nice, courteous, helpful. In case of problems, you could call him immediately, but everything went very well with us. We would come back anytime and recommend the apartment. This accommodation is located in a very pleasant "Pierre et Vacances" complex, on the edge of a small lake and close to the beaches of the Somme bay. It offers all the necessary comfort and amenities. The kitchen-dining set with its high chairs is very original and more convivial. The view from the windows of the upstairs bedrooms of the lake and the pretty colorful houses is simply superb and picturesque. Since we have to find a negative point, here is one: we did not find a broom!!! LOL

What a delightful cottage out of Cayeux sur Mer within walking distance of a pebble beach and dunes. The neighbours were pleasant and happy to see us. It was very quiet in the evenings and overnight which helped one sleep long and peacefully on the comfy bad.

Great location bike path right next to the rental for bike lovers don't forget to take them bike path to Berck 100 m away and to Fort-Mahon and Le Crotoy 400 m away the accommodation is very pretty and functional we had a great 4-day weekend

A perfect weekend to take time and slow down.. The cabin is perfectly well-equipped and the lake view gave us a beautiful full moonrise and sun in the early morning. Right next to the Parc du Marquenterre to visit absolutely and near the beautiful beaches of the Baie de Somme. Really Le Havre de paix to disconnect. Thank you Sébastien
