The views are better than the pictures! I was very impressed. The house is very comfortable and there was plenty of space. The outside deck was where we spent a lot of time and it was huge! I really enjoyed hiking around the ranch as it felt like a private national park. There was a trail made that circled the ranch and it brought you to several scenic overlooks. I will definitely come back and will recommend to all friends and family! Wish I didn’t have to go home!

While this is a duplex all that is shared is the garages and parking. so you don't hear the neighbors if their TV is turned up to high. Inside you will find a nice fully furnished house that sleeps 7. one King bed with Privat bathroom one Queen bed One Bunk bed with Double bed on the bottom and single bed up top.

My mother-in-law wanted her kids to come to "a cabin" for a milestone birthday, and my sister-in-law had booked one elsewhere. The day of the trip, the place my sister-in-law had booked was cancelled due to a water problem. My husband and I jumped in and found this beautiful home that would fit the crew. We were lucky that we weren't coming during the busy season and equally lucky that the home was available and ready for us. The porches were great places to gather to chat and see sunrises and sunsets; the rooms were comfortable, and the location was absolutely gorgeous. If you have a large family or are planning a friend-group gathering, this home would be a wonderful pick.

We stayed with another family for our Spring Break. We had a wonderful stay. The kids loved exploring and the hot tub was awesome in the evenings. The home was just as described in the listing and accommodated all of our needs and more! There are a lot of extra little perks, would definitely stay again.

This spot was a perfect choice for our stay! We had my extended family - 3 adults & 4 kids - on a Salida getaway & Amanda’s place really made our trip fantastic. The space is modern & lovely & had everything we needed. It’s v close to the river & downtown - we walked most of the time. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are awesome & the backyard & hot tub were super fun to have! It’s quiet & peaceful in a lovely neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We’d stay again anytime!

Great location in downtown Salida. We walked everyday to enjoy coffee, meals and the river. The house was easy to get into and we slept comfortably. The house is old but well-maintained and clean. I would stay again; you can’t beat the location.
