Having grown up in the area, Kennel Farm is the place we choose to come back for our family holiday every year. We love the house and surroundings. Excellent location and Tanya is a perfect host. Highly recommend.

A lovely lodge in a small holiday park, the pool was an added bonus (outside and unheated but nice for a quick dip!)

We had lovely stay ! Beautiful, comfortable home in a picturesque setting. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. Venetia was very welcoming and helpful. Incredible value. Would visit again in an instant!

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

Hannah and Heath were absolute stars! Can you imagine our embarrassment at turning up a day earlier than we had booked for?! Hannah and Heath came down to their lovely cottage and got it all prepared at speed for us! So kind and incredibly generous considering our blunder. The cottage was well furnished, very clean, and had all mod cons. There were very thoughtful additions of fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and some yummy chocolate treats. We were very comfortable there. The setting is absolutley beautiful and we were told that we could exercise our dog in the field behind the cottage. That was set out with a very large Children's Activity Centre that you might find in a play park. You could access the Tarka Trail via their land, which was great as we did some long walks along it, and stopped for refreshments at the Puffing Billy Cafe. We loved the cottage, it was everything and more! We would certainly like to return again for another stay and explore the area in more depth.

If I had an issue or question the phone numbers provided were very responsive. Lovely house. Big and spacious. Great views from ours. Nice warm temperature inside. The hot tub might not be hot on the first day of book in though.

Well, it’s safe to say we will be returning! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were made to feel at home. Sarah and Bee were incredibly welcoming hosts, taking us for a tour of our lodge as well as explaining in detail where all of the facilities were on site within 15minutes of arrival. We had everything we needed and more. Our one requirement was that we felt we could relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of a city. That we did! Located in a dark sky reserve, we had the pleasure of spending the evenings under the stars, listening to the wildlife, and spending quality time together. We really enjoyed staying here during February half term (family of 4 - kids 11 and 7). The weather was fairly terrible but it didn’t matter as we had use of the pool and my husband was happy fishing in the rain! Accommodation well equipped and clean and really warm. The pool is beautiful and the rota system is good meaning you know you have the pool to yourself for half the day, then the other cottage gets it for the other half (other than the cheeky people next door on Thursday morning who ignored the rota and went in anyway when it was our turn…) The cottage is so peaceful with beautiful countryside around and our dog loved the field and woods. We went to RHS Rosemoor and highly recommend The Globe at Beaford for good food and really friendly service. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing few days away.

We spent the half term break at Little Burston with our two young children, we had a wonderful time. The accommodation was everything we hoped from the previous brilliant reviews and more. A clean, bright and large space. Well equipped with everything you could want (games, DVD’s, kitchen utensils). A tranquil and peaceful setting not far away from Dulverton and within striking distance of lots of activities. The hot tub kept the adults happy and the kids loved the garden, trampoline and games of football. Carol was a great host, instructions left at the property were clear and easy. Walking recommendations all great. Goats and chickens out of the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids. Up there with the best Airbnb’s we’ve been to in the UK. We would not hesitate to return, if visiting North Devon again and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

We loved our stay at Anna’s place. It’s in the beautiful North Devon countryside but well situated to explore the rest of the area. We enjoyed using the pool but meeting the animals was definitely a highlight! We’ll be back to stay again :)

We had such a wonderful stay in the Corner Cottage at Corffe Cottages. We loved the cottage which was comfortable and clean. The pool is great fun and all of the other amenities to use were an added bonus. Pizza night was fun and great location.

We loved our trip to Goodleigh. The farm was beautiful, the stables were beautiful - the hot tub was a real treat. The kids loved the rope swing and we played many of the games. The place was just beautiful, the decor, location and comfy beds were perfect for our week away. We visited some lovely beaches (30 min drive tops), Combe Martin and Lynton/ Lynmouth were favourites of ours. We visited a recommended pub - The Black Venus Inn was amazing, food was great. A perfect week and would 100% recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Barn, superbly located for exploring the North Devon coastline and Exmoor National Park. Lisa was always on hand to respond to any queries and the accommodation itself was immaculate and well-equipped! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back ourselves!

The nook was a lovely, quiet, peaceful place to stay. Lovely outlook. We found it slightly out of the way but in easy reach of all we wanted we will be using the nook again for sure

suited my family as we were at our daughters wedding and could all sleep in the one house. very clean house , very convenient to have it's own parking space. very comfy beds.

Trina & Ralph are perfect, professional, friendly, responsive & informative hosts. From the start of our enquiry, through booking to actual stay they couldn't have done more to make our stay and my wife's birthday more perfect. Accommodation is perfectly laid out and is exceptionally clean across all facilities. Tremendously well thought out, designed and stocked kitchen, very comfortable bedroom and masses of storage. The shower/bathroom is spacious and very bright. Good lounge area with excellent TV channel options. Incredible outdoor balcony, accessed from lounge space saving doors, with built in blinds, with table and chairs and amazing views of the countryside to the river. Sun umbrella provided, which was used due to very warm weather, balmy evenings spent on the balcony with drinks. This accommodation is ideal for couples and is an exceptional home from home jewel in the crown. We would highly recommend this accommodation and the hosts. We will return. Thank you.

This property is in a beautiful spot, really well appointed. We were very pleased to have the welcome pack, a lovely touch. Very much appreciated. The property itself is super clean and tidy and has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. Teresa herself could not have been more accommodating especially when we misplaced our key, a huge thank you!

This was just what we needed after such a stressful few weeks. It was perfect in every way, peaceful and in a beautiful location. We met the hosts and they were lovely, they left us amazing cup cakes for our arrival. They had goats in the next field which would always come and greet us over the fence. We really couldn’t have asked for me and we are already looking at going back, thank you both for an amazing stay.

Me and my partner have just got back after spending 4 nights at the little barn. Everything was as described. The photos don’t do the size justice it is huge! More than enough space for 2 people. The decor is lovely and just to our tase. The shower is amazing! It was lovely to see the horses and pony right outside the kitchen and bedroom window. Also the chickens roaming freely. Everything we wanted or needed plus more was there, tea, coffee , sugar and milk for when we arrived, oh and the lovely farm fresh eggs, these were delicious! The kitchen is kitted out perfectly. The hot tub on the decking area was an added bonus, watching the sun set of an evening whilst enjoying an Aperol spritz was amazing. Also the bbq was a superb added touch. Philippa was a perfect host! There if you needed. Philippa also advised us of places to go, I can highly recommend Tavistock, a lovely town only half an hour away. There’s plenty of places to visit. We have already booked for next year!

The place was really nice and was same as mentioned on the listing. Sheena was responsive and helped whenever we needed. It was a nice stay and would definitely recommend coming back.

Top quality place with no expense spared and excellent hosts. Finished to a high standard and the courtyard/garden is stunning. Tim was brilliant, advised us of the best locations to visit, places for our dog and recommended some good food spots also. Public footpath into the fields basically on your door step which our dog loved (especially seeing the cows!) Sadie the lab was also a delight! Highly recommend!!!
